Comfort Inn - Hotel in Painesville - 7581 Auburn Rd, USA

I don't know what it was about this particular hotel but I got one of the best night's sleep I've had in months, even with my kids with me. They slept well too! When I got there with my kids Melissa was extremely helpful. She explained everything, and was great with my kids. We even got the luggage cart which is great for a lower-cost hotel. Room was cozy, beds amazing, and TV channel selection really great too! Shower worked well. The pool was the best part, super warm and crystal clear water. Maintenance was there testing the water when we first got to the pool. You can tell this guy really cared about the pool, too. Check out seamless. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. Thanks again!

It was a very safe location. I was taking my daughter to college and we had a car full of stuff. Our car was safe and unbothered. There are cameras outside for security. The staff was super nice. There were good snacks in the lobby and the beds were comfy. The pool was nice and clean too. It all seemed like a brand new hotel. Very pleased!

This was the most guest accomadating place I've ever visited. And the gentleman who worked the continental breakfast was outstanding! We found everything there to be more than satisfactory from beginning to end of our stay. Comfy beds, cleanliness everywhere, friendly, helpful staff. Pool was warm and fun! Food was delicious. Quiet and pleasant surroundings. We even grilled and ate out at their really cute little outdoor grilling space. Everything was perfect!

All around a great experience. Friendly accommodating front desk staff (Melissa) as well as all the others. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The woman working it (Teresa) was beyond helpful and very sweet. The pool was a perfect temperature for my babies comfort. The Jacuzzi room was so nice and spacious. Unfortunately I was traveling with a 1 year old so I was unable to use it. I will highly recommend this hotel. 5 ⭐ by far!

This was the perfect location between Conneaut and Cleveland. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room and bed were great. It was nice having a microwave in the room in addition to the mini refrigerator. Breakfast was great and the staff was constantly cleaning tables and even picking up after guests. I stayed for one week and had a great stay.

I stayed 4 nights, it's was wonderful. Very polite and helpful workers and a great breakfast. Not to mention awesome coffee. The room was very nice and comfortable. Cold AC was great ! The bathroom was a little small but I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

I cannot believe how beautifully quiet it was. It was wonderful. There were 2 little problems, in the room. The King size bed was very hard on the one size. I think it was because, alot of people wanted to sleep next to the air conditioner. But once, I slept on the other side of the bed, it was much better.|The other thing is, you need a towel rank, by the sink. There is no place to put your hand towel to dry.

The beds were good nice and high the rooms were very clean. The food in the morning was very good the food was served in a very clean room the people at the desk were very friendly good price on the room. I am coming back very soon I'm going to make this my stay away from home hotel which means I'll will be there two or three times a month.
