Disgusting for the price. My biggest complaint was our air conditioner made our room smell like straight sewage. Disgusting. Unusable, couldn't even breathe in the smell. Then after lying awake alll night in a pool of sweat, I got to shower in a shower lined with what appeared to be black mold. Motel quality for Hilton hotel price. 200 for no AC is criminal. And the bacon for breakfast was so thin it was literally see-through, no joke. Never paid so much for such a terrible quality hotel.

Sweet and homey ❤❤❤❤ the couple who runs it made me and my friend coffee in the morning and set out breakfast for us. I was so delighted to see a little garden being tended close by. This is not a super snazzy, upscale place. The beds are a bit lumpy and there is something to be desired for wall outlets (it's an older building) but it reminds me of traveling when I was a child, is quiet and feels secluded. The numbers are painted on the doors and the toilets in the bathrooms are raised, these touches made me smile. If you need help, the couple running it are amazing and super sweet. Five stars because this place has a little home away from home in my heart ❤️

Overall a good experience here. I stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition that was at Kalahari for 5 days. The room was well kept. The room had a slight odor but by the time we got back to the room after a long day it was gone. The drive was 5-7 minutes from Kalahari. Very convenient location Walmart, Weiss Supermarket, 5 Below and some fast food restaurants were nearby. Continental breakfast was basic but filling. Belgium waffle, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, prepackaged muffins and oatmeal, variety of tea options, and coffee. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean. I believe it was 4-5ft deep no shallow end for kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

My wife and I used to enjoy staying here. With that said I'm sorry to say we will never stay here again. Lots of changes since 2020 and none of them good. Carpeting was removed and replaced with cheap fake hardwood which was poorly installed. Shower in the bathroom was disgusting with what looks like mold where the caulking is. Breakfast was one of the things we enjoyed but now is completely inedible. Eggs were runny and cold, bacon was nuked and not even cooked completely, and the choices were not what they used to be. Steer clear friends and my advice to managment would be get your act together.

Okay, for the price. Room 407. New floors. Clean, white bed. Very comfortable and quiet night's sleep. Average, hot breakfast. Server was very pleasant and pretty Grandma type. She was caring, and helpful. Outdated furniture. Crushed insect on wall.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was human poop in the hallway and elevator. The front desk people were rude and unprofessional. When we complained about it they just said “oh”. The entire lobby and 6th floor smelled so bad I had to check out a day early. They should not be in business. They don’t change linens on the weekends. What hotel has that policy? Garbage hotel and even worse staff. Never again. I’d give it no stars if I could. And anyone who said this place was nice is a fake reviewer.

I got here with high hopes and got let down again and again. We had to move rooms TWICE because of BLACK MOLD on the ceilings and rusty bathtubs. In addition, the pictures of this hotel are very misleading. The fitness room is nothing more than two treadmills and a bike. The business center is a desk with a computer on it. The pool was the only thing that was normal. Breakfast is okay too but you have to make your own waffles and it seemed like there was more people than available food. There was also no arcade. It is in a convenient location and the staff were helpful so that is the only reason I give it 2 stars.

Not super clean, dim lighting, bathroom was aged and toilet was slanted (odd, but I promise it’s true) Also, I hope this isn’t a common experience, but our cardkey stopped working all of a sudden! 😫 Lady at the front desk was nice enough to swap out our cards, but walking back and forth 5 times was tiring and not pleasant.
