The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in when we first walked into the room It smelled pretty bad then there was used tweezers and trash in the drawers. We found stains little hairs, and bugs on the bed, and our hotel room phone has no buttons, and is plugged into nothing. There was dirt, and. Marks all over the walls, and there were holes in the lampshade’s only one out of the three outlets worked
Loved so much about our suite, the staff, and the hotel in general. But we had 2 bathrooms, and the shower didn't work in one, and the exhaust fan didn't work in the other, so we took our showers with the door open in the one that worked 😆 however this is a beautiful place and I'd love to go back again. The view from room 234 made it feel like we were at a resort. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool area was clean and people were enjoying it. I plan to go back here with our family for an end of summer swim. Full breakfast served consisting of sausage, eggs, toast, coffee, etc.
I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Austintown on a Saturday night in October. I have stayed here before, and have always been impressed by the staff and the property. Angela, the front desk clerk, was awesome right from the start. I got to town earlier than expected, and because there were rooms open she helped me get checked in a few hours before normal check in. One of the marks of a great hotel isn't just when there are no problems, it is how they recover from an unexpected issue. When I got to my room, the smoke detector battery was running low and beeping a few times per minute. I called down to the desk, and the issue was fixed in fewer than ten minutes. Other than this one problem, everything else was great. The shower pressure was perfect and the water heated quickly. The in-room coffee was higher quality than the usual free hotel coffee. The location of the hotel is great. It's right off the highway, and only minutes away from shopping and food options. I've stayed here before, and I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.
I booked this room due to moving from the east coast to the Midwest as a place to crash halfway through. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean. The mattress was Amazing! The staff were helpful and cheerful. It made a difficult journey easier to deal with!
We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Austintown while passing through from Pittsburgh to Cleveland. It was very pleasant! It was very easy to check in and get to our rooms quickly. The set up of the hotel and its grounds were quite beautiful— there is an outdoor pool that the rooms wrap around centered by a well manicured courtyard. It was a sunny fall day when we stayed and it was pleasing to walk through the courtyard in the morning. The rooms were very clean and well lit. The beds were super comfortable and there was enough space for the four of us and our things. Across from the beds was a flat screen TV and the room was well stocked with toiletries. The staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will definitely come back the next time we are passing through!
Every time we stay here it’s better than the last! Brand new, clean bathroom, with excellent selection of toiletries, and highly adjustable shower head. Fantastic beds with great mattresses and lots of pillows. Staff was super accommodating, even specifically giving us a room on the quieter side of the hotel, overlooking the outdoor pool. Fast wifi was put to great use in the morning as we took the opportunity to catch up on some business—made possible by the NOON check out! Spacious lobby that is quiet and excellent for reading and relaxing. Great stay!
This was my first time at Comfort Inn Austintown, and I thought it was great. The parking lot is a little awkward, but otherwise I have no complaints. The check in and out processes were both very quick, the room was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was tasty. The first thing I noticed was the location, it’s right off the interstate, so it was very easy to get into. It’s also close to a couple of gas stations, and convenience stores, so I was able to get anything I needed while I was in town. I was a little worried with how close the room was to the interstate, but the soundproofing on the room is excellent. I never would have guessed how close the road is. The room was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure and temperature. My only issue is that the parking lot doesn’t wrap all the way around, so when I was trying to leave in the morning I had to turn around and double back instead of being able to just follow a loop. But that’s a very minor issue in the grand scheme, so it didn’t detract from my stay.
The employees are amazing. The price is great. The pool is kept up with by the staff and doesn't reek of chlorine. I love that it was outdoor there aren't a lot of those in the austintown/Youngstown area. I do wish the beds were queen size in the double rooms but that's probably my only complaint. I will probably stay there again next time I'm in the area. So I will probably stay there again
Luxury seats are COMFORTABLE enough to want to SLEEP yet positioned just right to have the perfect movie view. For the cost of a party pack including a TOUR of the theater of behind the scenes, you can't beat the price. The whole deal really worked o
My experience at Austintown Township Park was interesting because It was my first time there, I brought my puppy along as well, they had an event out there for NAMI where people from the community were there as well
They have the best BBQ Chicken Pizza that I've had around here to date. It's so good that I think I'll stop looking. Pizza by the slice is a great find too, especially when you're wanting Pizza on the go. Great service and good price for the size of
1st time trying it out. Went for fish dinners. Also got some hot pepper cheese bites and fried pierogies. Very good. Picked up a "to go" drink while I was there (loving this concept by the wayð).... A Fat Frog.... not sure exactly what's in it, bu

If you want a massive sub, this is the place to come. Huge portions at decent prices. Go for one of the cheesteak subs or a gyro. This has become a favorite carryout spot for the team at work. Fries portions are massive. The pepperoni rolls are
