Decent hotel dated but clean. Rooms are small, and beds are more hard but the AC worked beautifully during our stay.
The pool is Tiny, only 4-5 ft deep and a square. Worked great for our little family but any more people would have definitely been crowded. Carlos at the desk was a huge help, super friendly and accommodating.
The service was very good at this hotel. All the staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly. The hotel and our room were clean and in good repair. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet during the night. Our room had an excellent view of the mountains to the west and a creek running close to the hotel. The included breakfast was excellent, with hot foods such as fried and scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, make-your-own waffles. There was also a variety of bread and rolls, juice, coffee, cereal, and other items. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hot tub pump was a bit loud, but it isn't required to use the hot tub. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.
I have to say it looks great on the outside but the inside is not as nice. Elevator needs work. Rooms are bland and old for the price. Woke up to four bites on my arms. Couldn’t see any evidence. So it would be a one and done place for me. Breakfast was sparse. Eggs and biscuits and gravy.
This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The front desk clerks were so nice and accommodating during our stay. And they had housekeeping every day, which is pretty rare at hotels now a days!
My room was very clean and the view was great. Breakfast was great as well. The room was spacious as well.
I left an item there and they were nice enough to mail it to me.
Amazing staff!! Room was very clean! Breakfast was great! Loved the view from our room! Refreshments and snacks offered were priced great! Pool and hot tub was great as my son wanted to swim every night! Overall an amazing stay! I could not speak better of the staff and the way they are so friendly and how well they clean!
We were very pleased with the stay. The rooms were well-kept. The staff eagerly addressed our every need, even if they happrned to be busy. We were met with a genuine smile every time we interacted with the crew. Breakfast was well-stocked. I would be happy to stay here again.
Love the area and the creek that runs in the back behind the hotel. It Also has a bicycle trail. They have a BBQ area. In door pool and jacuzzi. I miss it but had to leave for upgrade and job. The only thing that was wrong was we had 3 quarter size circles on the TV
Had a great experience with the stay: the check in experience went very smoothly, the room was clean and spotless, and the breakfast was simple and filling (eggs / sausage / fruits / yogurt / juices). The check out experience went smoothly as well, and when asked about activities to do in the area, provided great recommendations for places to see, eat, and visit.
Very clean and professional, would stay again when visiting the area.

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
