I don't think it fair to remove stars from this hotel due to its age. It isn't exactly difficult to see online that it is older, so you should know what you are getting into when you book. The hotel itself is well maintained and very clean. The staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was surprisingly good. It is in a good location with a lot of sights and businesses within walking distance. I am very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

We stopped for one night on our cross country travel. Although an older and somewhat outdated hotel it was perfect for us. We travel with dogs so always appreciate a hotel that welcomes us. The room was spacious, although bathroom a little small. There is plenty of grassy area outside for dogs along with being super close to a dog friendly park. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee ready. They take their parking seriously. Don’t forget to put your parking pass in your car. We watched them tag cars for towing. We would stay again.

Excellent location and exceptional service! Despite a late check-in due to a flight delay, the staff member on the night shift provided outstanding service. They greeted me with a warm smile, offered great local recommendations, and ensured my arrival was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for their top-notch hospitality and convenience.

Stayed here for an event in the neighboring park. Very conveniently located and pet friendly. It’s an older hotel, which didn’t bother us any. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature for July in the mountains. We had delicious coffee and waffles by the lobby’s warm fireplace before checking out.

Although our rooms were facing the highway, we did not hear any noise. The location was good. Rooms were large with plenty of lighting. You might have to wait a bit for hot water if you are located on the upper floors. Room was clean, Towels were bright white. TV had lots of channels to watch. Breakfast was good and nicely arranged. I had to ask the clerk to change the TV to English as weather and news was in Spanish. The only down fall with this property is that you have to leave a warm building go outside exposed to the elements to reach the breakfast room and lobby. It would be helpful if they would cover the walkway to give some shelter from rain and snow.

This place is unreal. ||The room has a portable air conditioner sitting in the fireplace and doesn’t even cool the living room much less the bedroom.||No central air in the whole joint. It is the muggiest place and it is so dimly lit I couldn’t read anything on the vending machines. I wanted water so I had to go to ATM in the lobby and when I put my money in all the drinks were sold out so I got a bunch of quarters I didn’t need.||||The owners appear to be surprised that I’m saying anything about it as if it’s the first time I’ve heard it, which I don’t deem remotely possible.||The promoter for my band gig bought the rooms so I will have to probably go somewhere else and pay out-of-pocket because I’m not gonna spend the night in this hellhole.

Rooms are clean, although a bit rough in bathrooms. Seems that the moisture has wreaked havoc on the walls. The beds were comfortable. The heater worked well but noisy. It was 80° in our room when we got in. Needless to say, we shut it off and stayed comfortable all night. Nice large TV to watch, good selection of shows. Very quiet rooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk employees were not rude but not nice and inviting, to say the least. The custodians and maids were definitely nicer than anybody we came across that worked there. The price was good compared to other hotels in the area. Easy walking to restaurants nearby. Bus stop in front for the skiers looks to be pretty handy.

A bit on the older side, this hotel still delivers. Excellent value, for the area, and good service and rooms were fantastic. Only removed a star for a bit of a challenging location and its age, but highly recommend.
