For the price, hard to beat the location and overall room. That said, there were issues with this location: -Questionable service-our clock was wrong, and unlike a simple alarm clock it had a million buttons and no obvious way to set it. When I called the front desk to ask for help, their honest reply was “do you really want me to fix that?” .-We had two rooms, called ahead to ask for early check in. They confirmed…but when we got there only one room was ready. Did not hold true to their commitment. I’d rather have an honest ‘no’ when we asked. -the entire hotel was extremely humid. Other friends were having similar issues, you could crank the ac, it was cold, but never dry. If you’re here for a wedding plan for extra hair dry time. This humidity was apparent in the lobby and common spaces also, where it did t feel the ac was operating at all. -at breakfast (which was decent) they left the frozen sausage patties out on a table (this was in the room behind the breakfast counter that is usually hidden, but they left the door open). I’m no food safety guy but not sure having them sit out at room temp all breakfast is safe. -overall the rooms were decent size, newer floors, old appliances, older scratched up furniture, and a newer coat of paint. Cleanliness was okay, bedding was fine but some grubbiness on the floors and walks. Not ideal but for the price, hard to complain. Biggest issues are with service, they need better training or better people who care.

This was by far the worst stay in a hotel I've ever experienced. First thing that went wrong was not checking the room fully when I initially checked in. When returning later in the evening I noticed the bath tub was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the shower curtain and in the tub. Immediately went downstairs to let front desk know, but there really wasn't any concern. I then asked for cleaner and cleaned it myself so that my family could shower. Second issue, as I was checking my sheets and blanket like I always do, I noticed old blood in the duvet. I immediately went downstairs and asked for more sheets. I showed the picture to front desk and was told, "oh I don't believe that's blood. I informed him that I'm a nurse and I'm aware of what blood looks like, old and new. He assured me that he'll have the cleaning crew change the linen. The next morning we removed everything from the bed, and also let the cleaning crew know that our room needed service. When returning to the room, nothing was changed. All the linen that was removed was not replaced. Front desk was again notified and after giving my room number, the front desk mixed up the room numbers, so the linen change was delayed. The last thing is I noticed some bites on my arms and back. I thought they were mosquito bites due to being outside for a long period of time, but the next day I noticed over 11 bites that were consistent with bed bug bites. This was not confirmed until after I checked out and noticed the pattern of the bites. Needless to say I am just appalled by the lack of training and compassion by staff. I will NEVER return to this location. The only positive was the location.

I’m not sure were to start off …… worst experience ever!!! especially for the price The room was Extremely dirty!! Every surface seemed to have something on it, some of the photos below and the best part of the stay was having house keeping walk in on me in the bathroom naked without knocking nor any type of notification of her entering !!! I don’t give out free shows 😒, extremely poor quality experience!! especially for the cost!! I can’t respond to the owners response but this looks like a reoccurring problem, from previous reviews please actually take time to correct or resolve the issues or at least make things right with your guest instead of writing a scripted corporate response , people spend their hard earned money to stay at this facility, at least make it worth their while, I would like your corporate to reach out to me!, I’m will continue to press the matters till I feel compensated for the bad experience and the invasion of my privacy

Half a block away is a large homeless camp. Gentleman that checked us in very late in night/early morning was very friendly and helpful. Next morning the lady was not as welcoming, charged my card 3 times erroneously then said it would take 5 to 7 days to return the 400$ charged. I do not recommend this property unless you are desperate for a place to lay your head. Lock your things up, be aware of surroundings.

This isn't the most fancy hotel, but it is clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable. I didn't hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I enjoyed the quality of the bedding so much I even tried to purchase a pillow and sheets, but they wouldn't allow it.

Sandy was on the night desk when my wife and I checked in. He was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Good place to stay on a road trip for the night. Parking with a trailer was no big deal.

I was put here by a company reservation. The rate was $178 a night. What I didn't expect for a $178 a night room was mold, roaches, and stained bedding. When I told the front desk about the roaches, the solution was to hand me a can of Raid to take to my room. The entire hotel I walked through and including the room I stayed in was very musty. Definitely not worth these exorbitant rates.

Room and hotel were very nice and clean. Staff was great. However, the doors cannot be closed without being slammed. Very tight fitting, we heard door slamming all night and all morning. Also, the hotel is on the highway, so ask for a room on other side of hotel.

Awesome place! Had my daughters 13th birthday here and it was perfect! Was not expecting all the amenities that were available with the nights stay! We stayed in the Star Wars pods and it was a hit! Will definitely be back to experience other rooms!

If you’re in the mood for sushi, this is the place! The sushi was delicious and fairly priced. I ordered some spicy Mayo on the side and it was great. Help out you local businesses and stop by!

A.D.A.M.S Garden is a beautiful, peaceful park dedicated to the memory of our deceased children. The annual ornament hanging and tree lighting ceremony was this afternoon. It's such a beautiful way to remember our children!

Beautiful lush park. I felt like a velociraptor or T-Rex was going to pop out. Gorgeous tree cover, deep valleys, and primitive trails for hiking or running. Camping sites and equestrian stuff avail, too.

I visited here twice while in town with my mother who goes often. The food is delicious. I had a taco salad one visit and the carnitas bowl the second visit. My mom had chimichangas for a change from her normal taco salad. I liked having the queso on

We love this place!! One of our Christmas traditions is to come here every year and everyone picks out their own ornaments. They customize them for you before you leave. The lights are always fun and new stuff added every year.
