From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and courteous. |Our room was very spacious and super clean and the beds were overstuffed and warm! I cranked up the air conditioner and stayed warm under the covers and over slept! |The fitness center was loaded with everything I needed for a complete workout and I took a swim in the pool. The pool was clean and warm and they provided pleanty of towels. |In the morning I had eggs, toast and a homemade waffle for breakfast they also had cereal, oatmeal bagels, omlets muffins and loads of other things to eat.|The location was great being right near the highway and there was pleanty of easy shopping near by. I will definitely stay here again!

I'm really not sure what else you could want in a hotel room. The rooms, beds, bathrooms are all clean. The breakfast was good. the selection is limited but the food itself wasn't expired or bruised or damaged. The staff get you in and help you with no problems, the pool was fine, it's all quite good. The elevator did have a weird smell to it than the rest of the hotel. There are some funky design choices, like exit signs on the floor by every exit, but really a perfectly good hotel.

Alan at the front desk is amazing! When our party of 15 arrived he checked us into our four rooms quickly and efficiently. He was upbeat and very helpful answering all our questions.

The lady at the breakfast area was very nice and kept the food stocked . The rooms were clean and housekeepers very nice. The only thing we were upset about was they charged us 180.00 a night because there was a wedding in town, even though we weren't there for the wedding.

It was Eclipse weekend,I don't think the hotel was prepared for how crazy busy it would be. Dumb on their part as they were in the total path! Ok services at the front desk. The guy was a bit snarky. Our room was recently remodeled, paint smears everywhere, parts of trim didn't match up, the bathroom had piles of debris in the corners, not huge piles or anything, but you could tell it had been quickly, not thoroughly cleaned.. longterm, so even before the remodel. The bathroom fan was so loud we could not leave it on and hesr the tv. The room air/ heat fan was also loud, off and on all night and the filter clearly has never been cleaned. The fire extinguisher in the ceiling was noticeably yellowed, while the ceiling around it was freshly painted bright white. My biggest pet peeve was the bed. I ALWAYS check the mattress and under first thing for bugs. When I pull it back from the wall, the box frame is dusty and has hair and icky stuff all over it. No bugs, just sloppy housekeeping. The pool area was nice, but the rules about having any drinks, even WATER, were a bit overboard. My daughter had brought a plastic water bottle in with her and had to return it to the room when the front desk guy saw her with it. Another guest was sitting at a table with a similar bottle only it appeared to be soda pop, and nothing was said to them. The breakfast was good but with the number of people in the hotel there should have been more than one staff member working. She was having a hard time keeping up with everything. ie: hot water, coffee, eggs, and other sides. It's not the worst, but I expected better.

Very clean and accommodating hotel, help with a last min extra day that kept us in the same suite.|All staff was great and the breakfast was good | We wanted to visit Ft Wayne but not stay in the busy parts and this fit the bill just right |Highly recommend it

I stay at alot of comfort ins and this location over exceeds the rest enough to leave a gd review. I always look forward to an easy check in and warm cookies with front desk Brittany. Keep up the good work guys. It doesn't go unnoticed

Stayed here a couple nights while in town to visit a friend. I was a little worried because it was my only choice for a hotel but it ended up being great. Room was clean. No bedbugs or anything like that. No one bothered me. Area was well lit and no one loitering around or anything. There's an indoor pool. It's open until 10pm. I didn't get to swim but if I ever come back, I'll try the pool. Kid at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. Every employee I passed in the hallway was smiling and polite. The breakfast choices were actually pretty great for a hotel. Everything was fresh and there was a good assortment to pick from. Oh, and coffee was really good. Which, normally, hotel coffee sucks. This coffee was good. The hotel overall was safe, secure and clean. Employees are working hard and Comfort Inn should be paying them more. They're all very welcoming and made my stay so comfortable. The ONLY issue is there's a pretty limited channel selection on the tv. Not a huge deal since I've spent almost every waking minute outside the room. As a side note, there's not much to do in Bluffton and not a lot of restaurant choices outside of fast food. You're close to Fort Wayne and there's more stuff to do there.

Great park for the grandkids! My grandson Eli plays t-ball there. Lots of things to play on for all ages of children. Rest rooms, and when ball games are playing they have a consession stand.

Ordered a baconator with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It seems me asking for no bun also meant that I didn't want bacon, because I didn't get it. On a triple baconator. So disappointing. Small redemption comes from then giving me parm crisps inst
