Comfort Inn - Hotel in Bossier City - 2717 Village Ln, USA

I’ve been staying at this location for about three years. The remodel has been fantastic, Veronica is great at her job & makes me feel welcomed. Great location, everything is close by. I’d rather stay here than at one of the casino’s. I’ll keep coming back!

My experience with Comfort Inn is always pleasant. I stay here quite often because of work and it's my home away from home.The staff are very pleasant and the rooms and establishment are always clean.

The staff was very nice! Smiles during every interaction! The room was clean and nicely decorated! I’d stay here again.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and no issues. Breakfast had a lot of choices, so if you wanted healthy, hearty, or breakfast food for the kids, you will be happy. Pillows were too soft for me, but I always bring my own. The bed was very comfortable.

I had the best experience at this hotel. The front desk receptionist “ Veronica” was so very helpful with anything I needed assistance with, she made the experience the best with her bright smile as she greeted everyone who entered. The stay was awesome and I will be back! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere.

Room was gross. The smell was awful in both my parents room and mine. Mold in both showers. The mirror in my room was completely cracked. The room was so muggy it felt like the carpet and bed sheets were wet in both rooms. The bedding was stained. The property itself is poor condition itself. The lobby gives you a false impression of what to expect in the rooms. We were tired and had to get some sleep.

Do not waste your time or money at this location. Book at Sleep Inn instead! Two rooms were dirty. Trash on the floor, dirty bedding and bathroom. And the room smelled like Raid. Moved rooms once. Still dirty. No more available so I requested a refund. Manager Destiny agreed to a refund, but we booked through a third party so it had to be approved. When the third party called, Manager Destiny denied the refund because “the rooms were used.” We opened one hand soap and used one hand towel after picking up trash on the floor and pulled the bedding back to check it. We were not in either room longer than 5 minutes. Very rude, unprofessional and just plain ghetto. We have contacted corporate and the health department. I recommend doing the same if you’ve stayed at this location.

I checked in early November for a birthday trip with my 2 closest friends. The night staff was kind and accommodating. The room wasn't great, but we just needed a place to rest while we went out for the weekend. That all came to a head when a man (whom I've been told is named Usaf Patel) made our trip a nightmare. He first accused us of making too much noise, to which I informed him that we were only there for rest and did our business outside the hotel. Then I was accused of NOT PAYING!!!! You have to pay upfront to even get into a room!!! He had a bad attitude and seemed as if he despised me even though we've never met before. He was incredibly hostile and threatened to have us removed from the premises if I didn't pay or leave. We left and checked into a better location 8 minutes away. That man needs to be fired or this location should be removed from the choice brand!
