Comfort Inn - Hotel in Conyers - 1363 Klondike Rd SW, USA

We came with the whole family, we wanted a pool and got breakfast. We didn't get to the pool it was closed which sucked!! The staff is great, the hot breakfast could use some seasoning and a few different options. But the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is a clean and nice place for you to stay.

This hotel is absolutely the worst place me and my husband have ever stayed in! The room was dirty: the microwave and fridge was filthy (me and hubby cleaned them because hotel staff stated the cleaning crew was gone for the day; public hair was in the tub, hair was on top of the table. Bathroom and foyer floors had not been sweep or mopped! We took our complaints to the front desk attendant, she gave us the option to review another room. The second room was clean, yet, the air conditioner was malfunctioning. Thus we could not swap rooms because that was the next too the last room available. The other option was a room that a previous quest turned down due to it not being up to standards. Thus, we opted to stay because we were to tired to seek other accommodations that night! The hotel attendant informed us that we could change room in the morning and she would send the cleaning crew to tidy up the room.... never happened! To add insult to injury, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the elevator inspection was expired by 5 months and the outdoor pool was full of green algae (totally unacceptable). I don't recommend Comfort Inn in Conyers, GA! The hotel is trash! If I could give it zero stars I would. Never again! Horrible just horrible vacation experience! Do not book rooms with this hotel, these people do not care about their quest or their experience!

The worst place me and my wife have stayed so far, there check out time is 11am which is normal but 8 o'clock a buzzing sound woke us up because they were remodeling next door i had a long drive so i needed the few more hours to sleep that was not kl, the room had the funkiest smell when we got there also and that was already a lot to deal with just to wake us up early. Very unprofessional customer service as well.

WARNING!!!DO NOT AND AND I SAY DO NOT STAY HERE...THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL. 6 CARS GOT BROKE IN AND THE HOTEL DON'T WANT HELP OUT IN ANYWAY.. We have to pay our deductions for our car been vandalize and drive home with the glass out. They say call the manager ,he put you on hold for 2 days then says nothing they can do. Hallways are dirty and wall paper is peeling,. Elevator is nasty and a lot of workers stay there. NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL!! Location is the only good thing ,but maybe not.

First, the breakfast buffet was very clean and tidy. The selection was okay at best. I did like the shower where they had the soap and conditioner hanging on the wall. Now, let's talk about the room. The room was very old and musty. The drain in the tub would not stay in. The walls in the elevator were appealing. The door in the room was old and not safe. there was brown stuff on the toilet paper roll, not sure what that was. The vent in the bathroom was very dusty and probably had mold in it. I'm almost sure I saw an eyeball looking out at me 😂 the towels hanging on the rack look like they had been used already. We never touched those towels and that's how they looked upon arrival. It made me very glad that I have bought my own cloth with me.

Excellent place. Good location, you have all the stores super close. The hotel staff takes great care of you and makes you feel at home.

It was clean. It wasn't luxurious but it was decent and clean. Breakfast sucks! But I was very comfortable in my room. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. If you plan on only using your room to sleep give them a try. It's affordable and comfortable. Cleanliness is my main thing. The bed was very comfortable too. Refrigerator and microwave works great. Room attendees are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.
