My stay here was satisfactory but didn’t stand out in any particular way. The room was clean and functional, with the standard amenities you’d expect from this chain. However, it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates to make it more comfortable and modern. Service was adequate but not exceptional. The staff were polite and efficient, but there was a lack of warmth and personal touch that could have made the experience more enjoyable. There were also a few minor issues, such as slow check-in and a delayed room service order. Overall, this hotel provides a reliable and average stay. It’s fine for a short visit or business trip, but don’t expect anything memorable. It meets the basic needs but lacks the extra touches that could elevate it to a more noteworthy experience.

This Comfort in is probably the best value you can find in the area. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. The owner is incredibly hospitable and passionate about making sure his guests feel welcome. I highly recommend a stay at the Mt Pleasant Comfort Inn.

Everything was great. Perfect location. Rooms were super clean and had Everything we needed. All staff from housekeeping to front desk were top notch. I have no complaints and look forward to Staying here again with my next visit to wisconsin. five stars all around.

Quiet location and rooms. Everything is clean and breakfast had multiple options and was great. Coffee 24/7. Fast food/sit down meals within walking. Other shopping within a couple miles. Would definitely stay here again even if I had to drive the 25 minutes back to Milwaukee.

Very good Comfort Inn. I stay at many. Very clean room. Very. (All the door kicks on the room doors need polishing, PS) Food was good, always is. Staff was excellent. Two small beefs. (1) I could have gotten the room for $10 dollars cheaper. The desk manager didn't offer to change it, or suggest I could book it on my phone for the credit. Used her manager as the excuse. For the few people who ask for the online published rate, the manager should allow it. (2) There was only one towel in the room. Other than those minor beefs. Excellent place!

Ordinarily, I'd skip the review, but I was highly impressed with this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Hotel floors are usually too dirty to walk around on barefooted, but this hotel was an exception! Each morning, some vacant rooms were open, and you could tell the floors (LVP) had just been mopped. When I visit home again, this is where I'll stay.

Felt welcomed from the first day we arrived till we left on day 4. Night lady was the sweetest. She just has that kind personality that made you feel so comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved that huge shower with the big glass door. Housekeeping was very helpful and there was lots to choose from at breakfast. Will stay again if ever this way. Thanks for having us. We enjoyed our stay.

So glad that this place had two rooms available last minute and saved us from a terrible situation at a red roof inn near the Milwaukee airport. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. We plan to make this our hotel of choice for rent fair or anytime we are in town overnight. Thank you!
