My husband and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Miramar Beach and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. My room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rating is based on value. Great location, enough parking. There is no pool but 2 m from the beach. The free breakfast is broad and fresh, from Oatmeal and waffles, to bagels, toast and muffins, fresh fruit and hot eggs and breakfast meat. Also cold cereal choices, coffee, tea, milk and juice, and a decent amount of places to sit. Lots of people also brought their dinner in and sat in the dining area, where they left out napkins and utensils, and garbage can. The room was pretty small, with strange VERY high ceilings. There was no dresser or closet, but a very high bar over the coffee/fridge nook, with a few hangers. But there was an ironing board and iron, so we popped it up and used it to lay out our clothes. Bed was comfy and the (Fire) TV, while too large for the room, was excellent quality and we enjoyed watching a couple of movies in amazing clarity. I asked for a firm pillow, as advertised in the room, but the front desk seemed not to be aware of this offer. Nevertheless, said he found 1 pillow and hoped it would be ok. It was. The AC in our room was not adjustable and was very drying for our northern noses but I'm sure that's not an issue for many others. The front desk staff. No matter who was there, was very nice. Also, sort of clever or maybe accidental, their laundry room was the first door off of the lobby so it always smelled like freshly washed clothes every time you came back to the hotel. I loved that.

Coming from Tx our family was searching for a hotel with great location between DESTIN and Miramar. Comfort Inn Miramar was outstanding choice that did not disappoint. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the service was amazing. The rooms are immaculate and clean and the property is well kept. Everyone from the front desk, cleaning employees, and breakfast staff is kind and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I definitely recommend this location 10/10 and will be back in the future. Thank y’all for accommodating my family on our vacation we truly appreciate it.

The shower pressure was extremely poor and our tub kept getting stopped up whenever we took a shower. The continental breakfast didn't really have too many options or were out of a lot when we went. Noises also seemed to travel through the bedroom walls pretty easily.

If I could give this place less stars, I would. Everything was broken upon arrival. Elevator, TV, AC, room keys. You name it, it didn't work. The toilet paper holder broke off the wall when I grabbed the roll sitting on top of it. The managers are rude and unhelpful. The housekeeping skipped over my room multiple times. The breakfast was cheap, unhealthy food and drinks. I paid around $300 for each night when I was there. It's not close to the beach at all. You have to cross a highway to get there. There is a shuttle bus, but BFFR who wants to travel like that? Also manager tried to say they couldn't compensate me for all the inconveniences. (Call the company and do NOT accept less than 1600 points for compensation because that's how much it costs in rewards points for most places in the franchise) Only positive was nightshifts' employees. OTHER horror stories from patrons (not with me) staying during our time there::: -one older lady told me she was staying there for a week, and housekeeping didn't change her sheets until she started tipping them. -A family of 5 was staying there for the weekend, and the father told me their TV didn't work either and they were going downstairs to ask for an ice bucket because they didn't have one in their room. -lady was there for 4 days prior to my arrival with her husband and she said everything was broken in her room as well. (We were on separate floors and opposite ends of the building) -an older man told me management was very disrespect to him when he asked for extra supplies. You work in customer service! Act like it!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at comfort inn . It was very quiet and clean. only a mile from the beach so that is a major plus. If you’re looking to take a trip to Florida i highly recommend using comfort inn. Great pricing and great location.

I am SO disappointed in this recent stay. This property was my go to destination for over a year. I loved my experience over the years but my recent experience has left me with a bad taste. Michelle Taber is a RACIST WOMAN. Why is my money not as good as the white woman infront of me. She has the WORST attitude I've ever experienced. The hotel was DISGUSTING the breakfast was barely stocked.

When I left it was a lot of construction. When I got back it was finished and gorgeous! It wasn’t a lot of the same staff but the staff there were super! Tess has continued to be amazing in every way! My room was just right! There is no other place that I would rather be and I can’t wait until my next stay! Thank you guys so much for taking care of us.
