Would give 10 stars for service if possible. Upon check in Areesha was lovely and helped us find somewhere to eat dinner. Charlie was also very courteous over our three night stay and answered all our questions. The night before check out Roger was kind enough to extend our checkout so our son could shower after his lacrosse tournament. Your front desk staff is fantastic and deserves praise. You also have an exceptional housekeeping and breakfast staff. They all work hard and are so accommodating. Unfortunately the room felt damp. It was a hot and humid last weekend and the room temperature never seemed comfortable. Either frigid when the A/C kicked on or warm when it wasn’t. Queen beds were comfortable. Rooms could use an update, especially bathrooms. But overall a decent room. Thank you.

We checked in at the Comfort Inn Medford- Long Island Hotel and a staff at the counter greeted me with a welcoming smile and helpful gesture and friendly spirit. This hotel offers free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, free breakfast and a fitness room. The hotel was clean except for our room. Our stay at this hotel would’ve been better if our hotel room didn’t smell like a wet and mildew smelling carpet. We had to spray air fresheners for our entire stay at this hotel. This is the only reason why this hotel is getting a poor rating. Parking is free at this location.

So to start everything off.I stayed 2 nights here both nights.I came in about eleven eleven thirty. The young man that works graveyard was excellent Polite helpful friendly. He is definitely one you want to keep on your staff. Excellent young man more people need to be like him breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable pillows were Great. The whole staff here was excellent.But the young man that was working graveyard was the one that stood.Out I don't remember what his name was.

Positive: That they had breakfast. Negative: The room had a constant MUSTY smell to it & there was water damage on the ceilings of the sleeping area & the bathroom. The closet had a STRONG smell of water so we couldn't use it. It appeared that it is being used as a shelter hotel. WON'T STAY AGAIN.

I needed to stay near my site for work. This is an older Comfort Inn. The front desk guy is kind and respectful. The room is not too bad it was clean but a lot of issues. All the wallpaper was badly installed, or it's so old it's falling off. The bed was bad, kind of sinked in, and was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows did kind of help, but not enough. If that wasn't enough, the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm, but it still happened.

Date stayed July 20th room 206 under Md Hossain We have stayed at the hotel on the above-mentioned date. Our purpose of the hotel was to freshen up once return from the water park. After one person showered the tub was stuck with full of water and water did not drain out that night. I tried to call the front desk using the room phone no one picked up. We had three more guest that needed to shower. I think no explanation will make me happy for the extreme inconvenience we went thru. We then call the 800… # to reach out someone and spoke with someone no one was sent to resolve the situation. The AC unit was making the noise the whole night my kids could not sleep. I paid a lot more than what I normally pay when we go to the water park but never had this extreme bad experience. After that, no one even called me back to explain the situation. I am just letting you know before I give my review to my google account.

I stayed here 10 months ago in rm. #228 with two other family members and I came back again just recently I was visiting Medford NY to see my aunt so I chose to use this hotel a second time. I had my 77 year old father with me. We checked in I believe it was Sun. 8/18 and we checked out on 8/22 (hoping I got those dates correct) Upon arrival Roger checked us in, very pleasant person, he gave us rm. #105. My dad and I were exhausted from traveling 12 hrs to get here and just really needed rest. Immediately my father went to take a shower and the shower head fell to the floor of the tub as he was showering. (Also the bar you hang a towel on was broke off the wall too) My dad picked up the shower head and put it back in the thing on the wall but it wasn't fixed he said it'll get by but isn't secure. I didn't want to be charged for it since we didn't break it so I immediately called front desk and just made them aware of it. Minutes later I discovered a whole in the bathroom sink, in the ceramic part along with many spider cracks in it again I didn't want to be charged for it so I made Roger aware of this as well. He said to me he made note of the issues and he left a note for the morning people for us to move to another room, to which I said okay and thank you. The next day after breakfast we got a second room, in fact it was rm. #228 which was the exact room I also stayed in exactly 10 months ago. The rooms by the way are beautiful, spacious, have good working tvs, microwave etc. My only complaint about room #228 is the same from my last stay, the vent in the bathroom doesn't work properly, shower steams up the mirror and it takes an hour to clear up the mirror. Otherwise it's great as far as water pressure, hot water etc. Extremely clean rooms, the housekeeping folks are amazing at their jobs, and very friendly. I'm from SC and so I'm still amazed at all the legal marijuana smoking going on lol and outside of my window of rm. 228 apparently alot of people roll their blunts, and do business here in the parking lot. Doesn't impact the people staying at the hotel, I mean I wasn't bothered by it I still ate and slept well. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's decent, and they definitely will do their best to accommodate you if there is something wrong with your room etc they do their best to make it right. I probably will use this hotel again as my aunt lives in Medford and this hotel is 15 minutes from her place. Not to mention it has plenty of stores, gas stations etc all around it, location is absolutely perfect. I'm including a video of a guy who was smoking weed and drinking outside in the parking lot, this goes on every night. Again I guess it's legal .. it's still amazing to see. They sit for a few hrs in their cars and just smoke, and sell weed to other people here. This particular fellow in the video got out after smoking and drinking and he danced around his car, seemed quite happy. 😂 I guess weed & alcohol make you that way. He had two other males approach his car and they got some stuff off him. The next night it was a woman sitting in her car also doing drugs. It's all well & fine I guess, I took this video though because again this is new to me, drugs are NOT legal in SC so it is a shock to see it happening out in public places. P.s. when I posted my video here earlier today it was 1 minute 46 seconds, showed this man in the car also picking up a bottle of alcohol and drinking straight from the bottle as he smoked what he rolled. Just now I looked at the video and now somehow it's only 30 seconds long. Not sure how my video got shortened but whoever did it took out the drinking part. People staying here need to see & know what goes on in the parking lot after the sun goes down. (Legal or not) Ah! Never mind I just read that longer videos are shortened. 🙄 Ok so yeah the drinking part was taken out lol it's ok. I'll still go back and use this hotel, I like it despite what goes on in the parking lot. 😆😵‍💫👀💭💭🍾

Positive: The location is ideal for our needs. We have stayed at this Comfort Inn in the past. This was our first trip back since covid began and found it to be the same clean and friendly place that we remembered it to be. Negative: ""
