My wife and I had an exceptional experience during her pregnancy, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Juan and his manager. Juan went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring we were well taken care of. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism shown by everyone, and we couldn’t have asked for better care.

Juan deserves a 15/10! More than 5 stars! He made sure that all of our needs were met, all while going above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience and weekend away from home! We had questions, and he gave us suggestions of things to do in the area and restaurants to try during our stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could need, plus some!

Stayed here for a night during the summer..it's in a safe area (which was super important to me as a female traveler) and has a lot of restaurants/ parks nearby. The breakfast was really good & the free parking was definitely a plus. Overall - especially for the price - this place was a great deal!

The front desk guy needs 3 IQ higher score for the job. Retarded elevator Super HOT shower. Rooms have no closet (330) Stayed 7/19 - 20 The sad part is, stayed at 2 other Comfort Inns prior 2 day, had a great experience. So it's unique to this location.

Unfortunately we will not be booking with his hotel again in the future. Had one night scheduled here (tonight), but am unable to show up. While I do understand cancellation policies, we requested a medical exception due to the fact I had a heart attack and am no longer able to travel this weekend. I understand policies, but running a business myself I also understand the need to be understanding in difficult situations for people. When there are so many hotels in the area -- this Comfort Inn has proven they don't need my business if they don't have empathy.

Juan made this one of the easiest and smoothest check-in process I have experienced. Juan was helpful when we had a small crisis getting screwed in our last hotel. Can't thank that man enough. Rooms were clean and well prepped when we got in.

Never Ever Again! Terrible! We stayed based off other reviews from people who also traveled out of state to the Cleveland clinic. We had 9 hours of 3 flights to get here exhausted at check in and the next day 7 hours at the Cleveland Clinic ,We changed rooms 2x and the second room we realized bed was not changed. First night, I had to sleep in an unclean bed! No house keeping available. Staff offered sheets and only 2 pillow cases, and they never launder the mattress covers! Which are not waterproof! I had a cracked rib it was hard to even breathe. But they said they would change the unclean bed. Person showed up and said “sorry I don’t get paid to change the bed.” Housekeeping is gone. Locked out of room 2x had to get the cards rekeyed. No usb outlets in room. Had to walk to buy ports. Also bathtub had pubic hair and human hair and dirt. Had to clean with my Lysol wipes I brought with me. There was feces on the bathroom wall. Carpets are filthy. My socks were black in minutes! Don’t use the in room coffee maker! Full of dust and grime! The smoking area is right in front of the doors so you’re walking through a cloud of smoke and then you smell like smoke. The room smelled like smoke. I was chastised for asking for 2 bottles of water it’s not free! Do yourself a favor and don’t eat the included breakfast. The manager apparently left early Wednesday (day we checked in was Wednesday April 24th.) and would not be back until Monday. So know assistant Manager and no resolution. Apparently no one can get in touch with the owner either as this is a franchise. They charged me 2 x for my stay on 2 cards! When I pointed it out it was an argument and again no resolution! Never Again! Calling corporate! I expect a full refund! No one should have to deal with a terrible Hotel stay when traveling for Medical appointments from out of state! Let alone an unclean room with musty odor and cigarette smoke smell! Terrible! *Update, I have still not been contacted by Tiffany the manager. It is now Mon. April 29th Total disregard of accountability. Find a better hotel. This seems to be a motel for longer stays of weeks and months. Do not stay here!

Juan was so extremely helpful and pleasant. We had traveled all night and asked if we could check in early. Nothing was available, but he had housekeeping start on our room so we could check in. His demeaner is so kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again because of him.
