Comfort Inn Maumee - Perrysburg Area - Hotel in Maumee - 1426 S Reynolds Rd, USA

We stopped at this hotel late on our way home from Nebraska. Roxie was very helpful signing us in and getting our rooms booked. She was patient and very kind. The rooms were clean and quiet .

Positive: Location was great for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night, even though it was located in a busy area. The pool was perfect for my teenager. Breakfast was a expected. Negative: The only 2 minor disappointments were: 1- the cleaning staff never came to give us new towels, so we asked and they politely provided them. 2- the breakfast staff member acted as if it were bothersome that we were there to eat breakfast @ 7am. Negative: ""

The price is too high for a hotel that needs to be remodeled. The carpet in our room was old and yucky. I wished I hadn't taken my shoes and socks off. The staff and breakfast were nice. Felt safe.

Pleasant and clean hotel, didn't notice any bugs and everything worked as it should. Definitely would stay again. Front desk was cool, we called him Jake Paul and got him to take a pic.

Keep looking, the pool was dirty the water was real cold and when I was taking a shower it was magical I felt like I was inside my granddaughter doll house everything was so small my butt barely fit on the pot and with my old knees I almost had to get my wife to help me up. But that's not all at 11pm we had to move to another room because the ac stop working so we move from the first floor to the second floor.

Worst experience ever!!! There are people that reside in the hotel (at least 3 that I seen) so with that being said right outside my window at night there was a car running with a loud muffler and music playing with all doors and windows open until after midnight the front desk man Jarrod was useless and rude on top of it!! Plenty of other hotels around to choose from in my opinion check other hotels in the area!!

BEWARE BED BUGS! We stayed here half way home from our 19 hour road trip on July 14th and got in and went to bed around 10 pm then woke up around 1 am to something biting my husband. After some investigating sure enough we found bed bugs and had to leave and go sleep in our car at a truck stop then stop at a laundromat during our 10 hour drive the next day and disinfect all our belongings before entering our home. Not a fun experience.

This hotel is a joke first off I kept getting a busy signal when I called so I actually had to drive to the location to ask the clerk a question just to get there n the lady tell me there’s a $200 deposit you have to pay on top of the hotel cost. I need my money it take 5 days plus for a deposit to go back on your card. On top of that I stayed here a couple months ago n a deposit was never mentioned im a diamond member and i only stay at comfort inns all over the east coast n this was the first time i came across a $200 deposit. I thought this would be my go to hotel when in the area but i obviously want go anywhere near this place again. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. To charge a $200 deposit at hotel that could easily go for a motel 8 or red roof inn is rediculous and I don’t see how the owners are profitable running a hospitality business this way.
