Positive: The front desk employees are always very friendly and nice! Negative: The room we had, the door to the room was actually in the room where the ice and vending was. It was quite noisy when people came in to get ice and the ice would drop down out of the machine. It woke us up several times in the night.

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection Negative: I'm guessing the air conditioning in the public areas was not working. 90+ degrees outside and the halls and stairwells were hot and stuffy

We are a family of six so had to get two rooms. The first room was $40 cheaper than the second but booked at different times. The room temperature was very warm and we tried putting on the air conditioning and it didn’t really do anything. The weather was 50’s at night when we visited. Fairly thin walls and lots of noise. Would not choose to stay here again. Also peeling paint in bathrooms and rust. Breakfast had a decent spread. We would’ve stayed at the holiday inn but they were booked when we tried to book. Then we made an uncancellable rate reservation here so we couldn’t cancel and go there when it then had openings. Holiday inn was about the same price and all six of us couldn’t fit in one room. For the price we paid for the two rooms this definitely was NOT worth it. Didn’t think to take pictures before we used the room. It was “clean” but stains on the cover of the mattress base and carpet.

I really should have taken pictures of this dingy hotel. There were mystery stains on the bed skirting and my bed had a huge hole in the sheet just out in the open so it was literally made knowing that was there. The pool was disgusting with dead little bugs floating in it. The creepiest part was the bathroom light would flicker like a horror movie every time you turned it on. Do yourself a favor and stay in Des Moines if you can...the drive time would be worth it.

The bed was super nice. I was able to get a good night's sleep 😴. The complimentary breakfast was not the best at all, poor options but I would definitely would choose this location again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: 1. Was advertised as a casino hotel, but the closest casino is a 20-minute drive. 2. The room had holes that had been filled with spackle and not painted. 3. A weird extension cord in our room. 4. The thermostat didn't work. 5. Pool was out of order. Negative: ""

Positive: The location, the beds were great and not too high that you couldn't get into it. Negative: The pool looked dirty and gross. So couldn't go swimming. There was this noise in my room that I couldn't sleep. It sounded like a mop bucket being pushed down the hall all night long infront of my door. Negative: ""

Bed were small and I could feel springs so the sleep wasn’t great! Room was clean and what was expected otherwise. The breakfast was what was expected and timely. Service was friendly and professional!
