Stay away! This hotel is under renovation an conducting business at the same time. This is prehistoric hotel. There is a musky smell all around. Rooms are filthy and dusty. Carpet is dirty beyond cleaning, there is only one small mirror in the room which is in the bathroom. Bathrooms have no vents! For the price you can find much nicer hotel.

This place needs a lot of help. We paid way too much for our one night stay here. Should have paid half. The lobby and first floor smelled like an aquarium/sewage. The bedroom was basic but very outdated. Beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The bathtub was clogged and took a while for water to go down. Would not stay here again.

Very good hotel stay. The hotel overall, as well as the room, was clean and comfy. The professional staff addressed all questions and concerns, and the included breakfast could not have been better. Good location, not particularly near to anything special, but not far from everything! Very impressive experience for a hotel rated only as 2-star.

Booking this hotel, we thought it was going to be great. Checking in was a breeze, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. We only stayed one night. Our stay was terrible. Morning of check out, we were awaken my our locked, latched and signed door being broken into by the hotel’s maintenance. Once we heard them we were trying to call out to show that the room was occupied but it wasn’t until they got the deadbolt unlocked and used a tool to unlock the latch. A few minutes later we got a call from front desk. They told us that we checked out and someone brought the 2 hotel cards down, I told them we had both cards still and did not check out and have until 11AM. Front desk DID NOT APOLOGIZE and hung up phone immediately. When we officially checked out, they were not apologetic. Terrible!!

Positive: Excellent TV channel options. I was at a different local hotel with the most limited TV channels. Negative: The hotel is doing renovations, the room I was in should not be rented. The toilet ran and I think the wax ring is failing - smelled like mild sewer gases in bathroom.

I stay at 100 Choice Hotels per year. This particular hotel is way overpriced for the service and amenities received. I will gladly pay more for exceptional service and a friendly staff. This hotel had neither. Maybe I was just here on a bad night and morning, but when I checked in, the gentleman behind the desk barely acknowledged me or spoke to me. I wasn’t told if I needed a password for WiFi nor when/where breakfast would be. Likewise, when I checked out a little before 7:00, the desk was dark and apparently not staffed. I payed WAY TOO MUCH for an average room with this unfortunate lack of hospitality.

First, I should explain that they are renovating the place. It needs it badly. Very drab and dingy and outdated. Peeling wallpaper, chips in furnishings, etc... Construction work started before 8 AM even though hall signs said quite time is 10 PM - 9 AM. Lamp electric outlets don't work right so can't charge phones or laptops on them. And now we have to worry about lung cancer from all the mold spores we inhaled. The place smells musty and mildewy. We also wonder if there had been a cat in our room before because my wife is allergic and had a reaction when entering our room.

We attempted to stay here but had to leave before getting any sleep. They put us in a room surrounded by a teenage basketball team. We never should have been placed in the middle of a group. The kids were running up and down the hallways screaming and banging on doors. We contacted the front desk to get them to stop but it continued. I went out to try to find the chaperones only to be mocked. When the adults finally did show up they were belligerent drunks who kept screaming at us. We had young children with us who were terrified and we had to leave rather than stay in an unsafe environment. The hotel needs to have a policy in place that requires adults to be responsible for teenage groups instead of getting drunk themselves and it needs to not place families in a room surrounded by a group. Even if you are lucky enough to not be there at the same time as horrible people I will mention that the hotel was not up to the standard we expect from a Comfort Inn. The room was so small it was difficult to move around in and it was somewhat rundown.
