The rooms are basic but very clean and functional. It’s quiet, unlike some hotels in the area (umm Hyatt Place) The included breakfast is comparable to other hotels in the area. The room where breakfast takes place is very charming. They lean heavily into Flagstaff being an “outdoor destination “ and it works. The location is great especially if you’d like to be near NAU. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance. The area of Flagstaff is very pretty. It’s sometimes hard to believe that you’re just off of a major intersection.|It was not what I expected of a Comfort Inn, and I mean that in a very positive way. I think it’s a great value!

This hotel has beautiful decor throughout. The large airy breakfast area is what made us decide to book here. It was a very nice area to eat breakfast in. Their buffet was pretty good but could have used fresh fruit (they only had some bananas in a bowl). The only other fruit was packaged fruit cups in a fridge. The rooms were pretty basic Comfort Inn rooms but clean and well kept. The queen rooms that we were in had a shower/toilet area that is separate from the sink area which is out in the room. I'm not a fan of that configuration but since I was in my room alone it wasn't a problem. Otherwise you don't have as much privacy if sharing a room with a friend. There is a small pool and hot tub outside in front of the hotel. I was surprised that it wasn't an indoor pool since Flagstaff can get pretty cold and have snow. There are several restaurants in the area including an Olive Garden just down the street where we ate dinner. This hotel would be a good choice for stopping in Flagstaff or visiting the Grand Canyon.

Very nice motel with a rustic lodge theme. Very nice complimentary full breakfast. There is a pool & 2 hot tubs. The pool even has lift chairs so handicapped individuals can use the pool or the hot tubs. Pets welcome! Highly recommend

The motel is in a nice location. We checked in at 3pm and found our room to be lacking in the cleaning. The toilet lid and seat were both up like the bathroom wasn’t finished being cleaned. There was a plastic cup next to the couch and the mirror was dirty. I like this motel but I would like to see the room cleaned more thoroughly in the future. I was a hospital environmental specialist (housekeeper) for years so I understand it’s difficult work but it’s really important especially for someone like me with an auto immune disease. The bed is very comfortable and having a fridge and microwave is handy. The hot tub felt nice after our hike but some of the jets are missing their covers so they are like mini geysers in the tub. We got a good laugh out of it but they should be fixed. The continental breakfast had a lot of food and variety for my husband but unfortunately I had to settle for coffee and cheese and peanut butter as I have celiac disease and cannot have any gluten. I usually have fruit but there was none available so that was disappointing but I’m used to not having many options. But having at least bananas available would be a nice addition to the breakfast. My husband had a nice meal though and was happy. We are platinum choice members.

The staff all around was nice and friendly. No complaints at all about that. I had a hard time sleeping, the noise from the road, others guests, showers was way louder that I expected. We came during a busy weekend so it seemed like every room was full and we didn’t really have a choice to switch to anywhere else. We were on the roadside on the first floor and you could hear everything on top of that if there was someone above you or next you or in the hallway you will hear it all. I like that they nice pet policy you pay $40 extra for your dog to stay with you. Breakfast was OK. It’s always the same thing. I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn with they changed it up a little bit and offer more variety. We stayed for three nights and I would’ve even moved last night, but I didn’t want to pay another pet fee somewhere else. ||The rooms are a little bit dated, but the bedding seemed fresh. They don’t offer regular housekeeping so I had to dump my trash out in the lobby myself. You can request that they come in but for some reason, they just took some towels and didn’t dump my trash or make the bed so I’m not really sure what they did. The bed was fairly comfortable so if you can sleep through noise, this could be the spot for you. For the price paid, I don’t really feel like it was of good value, But it is a cute little hotel.

Good breakfast. Rooms normal. Bed was good. Pillows were sufficient. Would stay here again if in the area. Beds were comfortable. Towels were sufficient. Nothing outstanding about the hotel but need to find 200 words for the review to be accepted.

I’ve been coming to this Comfort Inn since year 2012, my wife and I decided to come up for a weekend trip, ended up extending our stay by one night,we did not want to go home. This hotel is so cozy, quaint, clean, just beautiful. And the staff all AMAZING 😄 We even got to see snow by surprise and even was able to get in the hot tub one night amazing hot tub rooms are clean is wonderful again. I recommend this place for anyone just wanting to get away or even if you want to stay a month and decide to move to Flagstaff. This is your property to stay at.

We wished to extend our stay by one day. Being heavily booked the front desk staff went above and beyond to not only extend our stay but keep us in the same room. They seemed genuinely concerned about providing us with service to make our stay enjoyable.

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.

I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck

I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".

Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
