We were offered a voucher when our flight was cancelled and the staff, particularly Pedro and Neema, were so kind and unhelpful. They arranged our taxi for us to return to the airport which was so nice to not have to worry about making one more area after a long 26 hour day of travel! Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety of options. The rooms were clean and the beds were heavenly! Nice ending to a rough day!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Comfort Inn Hoffman Estates - Schaumburg! Our group of 30 students and parents was unexpectedly stranded in Chicago due to a flight delays by American Airlines, and we were in a dire situation needing accommodations on extremely short notice. The staff at Comfort Inn went above and beyond to assist us. From the moment we contacted the hotel, their customer service was exceptional. They quickly and efficiently organized rooms for all of us, ensuring that everyone was comfortably settled despite the last-minute nature of our request. The front desk staff were friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, making the stressful situation much more bearable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a much-needed respite after our hectic day. The amenities, including the complimentary breakfast, exceeded our expectations and were greatly appreciated by both the students and parents. The hospitality shown by the Comfort Inn team truly turned a potentially disastrous experience into a positive one. We are deeply grateful for the prompt and generous service we received and highly recommend Comfort Inn Hoffman Estates - Schaumburg to anyone needing reliable and welcoming accommodations. I’m only 18 so I was very grateful to get a room to myself. Unfortunately the room smelled like cigarettes and I don’t believe it was a smoking room. However, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Also, someone else has a key to my room and walked in while I was heading to sleep. They apologized a lot.

Overall a pleasant experience. Got delayed for my original flight from Boston to Portland OR and was stranded in Chicago for a night. Had a single king room with breakfast in the morning. The waffle was delicious, the eggs not so much though.

I don't like making these kinds of comments but how is it possible that a person in charge of a lobby has such bad customer service? Today, Wednesday, July 25, at 1:47 am, my flight was canceled and they sent us to this hotel, which is the only one that does not have transportation from the airport. When I called the hotel to see what happened? We were served by a super rude Hispanic man with zero desire to help who also hung up on us without giving us a solution. pathetic service

Pedro is the best front desk customer service professional there is. I have stayed at this place x 4 in the past 6M due to family reasons. Pedro who works nights or fills in when necessary has been a blessing with breeze thru check in and check out. He is a wonderful front desk professional who has a great personality. Overall stays have been wonderful.

The service after our cancelled flight was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. For a hotel voucher from United it's awfully far from the airport, not the fault of the hotel though.
