Older and a little worn but clean. pool was closed due to construction. The room smelled of curry all weekend very strong maybe someone spilled prior in that room and the smell stayed not sure. Very happy about it being pet friendly. Happy with the free breakfast. Coffee was not that good. But it felt safe and quiet and we slept well.

Took family to Florida and after 12 hours of driving had to stop here. Even though I had called and made a reservation the day before it was lost and they had to rebook us - we got charged twice and I had to contact multiple people to get it resolved - room was not very clean and seemed outdated. The place may have been staffed poorly that day or something else, but not a great experience.

Man at front desk was kind of ride at check in. Rooms not dirty but not spotless either. It was good enough for sleeping. Half way to.our destination. 3/5 pool was broken. Charges me $50 dollar indecent fee. I better get back.... so.e random puddles on the floor in random places.

Room rate lower because there was no paper pad or pen available for use, no TV channel guide is available, there is nothing in the room about any attractions/restaurants in the area. These things are all standard in most Comfort Inns we stay at. That being said, this hotel has the best water pressure I think I have seen ever in a hotel, which is a huge plus. Check in was efficient, although the gentleman had absolutely zero personality, which made me think the hospitality industry was not a good match for him. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

LOOK ELSEWHERE! We left immediately after recognizing the hotel as the Cockroach Inn (a previous experience here). Last year, a friend booked the hotel, and we stayed there as well. There was a bandaid on the wall and we killed a cockroach on the floor. There's a lovely moth ball -esque fragrance to cover other smells. Disgusting. This year, we immediately recognized the hotel but made the mistake of checking in. There was a huge crack on the wall and in the shower. The bathroom light fan had a weird buzzing because it was broken. Much of the wall (especially in the bathroom) had sloppy patches. We went out for dinner, and then came back to grab our stuff and go somewhere else. The staff has bad English and refuses all refunds (read other reviews). We literally lost out on the money of the hotel to go somewhere else. When I say it's outdated, I mean no one has cared about this place since it was in blueprints. If you're not a sketchy person, you won't fit in.

Older hotel in need of updates and tlc. Old tv with poor picture quality and no channel guide. Bedskirts were soiled, but beds were clean and comfortable. Toilet seat missing a bolt to keep it securely fastened. And the toilet itself is very low to the ground. Quite a challenge to sit so low and then to get off it. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Breakfast selection was adequate. Elevator needed cleaning and a second elevator would have been great. Convenient access to I-65 and nearby restaurants.

After booking I began to read alot of negative reviews, but my experience was great and would stay again The room was large, very clean and modern. Maybe it changed from a year or so ago, because those negative reviews, I just didn't see..now my only complaint would be a new mattress soon I don't swim, but some people choose based on the amenities. The pool is not open, has wires and ceiling tiles falling or down, the Pool shouldnt be shown if it's currently closed.

Day clerk looked messy and unkempt. Very unfriendly. Downstairs women's bathroom was filthy! Room was not what I would consider dirty but certainly NOT what I co sider CLEAN. They charged us two 50$ charges and one 6t$ charge for a pet fee for 2 nights. Web site (as well as other comfort inns) states pet fee is $30. Second comfort inn for this trip. Not impressed with either. I will not be booking with comfort Inn again anywhere.
