So pleasantly surprised. I spent the night at this hotel in August driving solo across country. I've stayed at several hotels in Flagstaff over the years and this by far was my best experience. The front desk gal was super nice and accommodating (and quick). And also recognized me as a Choice Privileges member. The hotel was super clean, and felt totally safe. I love the convenience to the interstate for easy in and out. The room was great, clean and comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was really good, the dining area was very clean and maintained. I will definitely use this hotel again for my AZ stop for the night in the future.

Looking good for its age, this Comfort Inn is conveniently located to I 40 is in the safe place and is well-kept. Check in at 3:30 in the afternoon was contacted by a young lady, I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but she was more than receptive, professional and efficient. The hotel lobby was very clean and even had homemade chocolate chip cookies for the customers. The elevator took me up to the third floor room, by the way I requested top floor And got it. I had a one king. The room overall was small but adequate. Everything wasn’t working order. From the first floor to the third floor the place was clean. It smell good and that meant a lot to me. I can tolerate smaller rooms if it’s presented clean and well-maintained. Were there floss, sure because the hotel is an older one, but that’s nothing. That would stop me from returning. Should I be passing that way again. The Lucky Ln., Comfort is a winner and gives you a brief respite from the highway and will give you a good night sleep.and, for a reasonable cost. The free daily breakfast is simple, but good and provides adequate choice.

Great hotel! Check-in was super easy, and she was very friendly. The room was large and clean. The A/C worked great, as well as everything else. Breakfast was just okay, but not going to complain about a free meal!!! Would stay here again, for sure.

What a horrible experience staying at this run-down hotel with psycho tenants yelling at your connecting door in the night simply because he could not sleep !|I checked in this hotel as I always do on my trips for Comfort Inn, all I had were surprises |1. Falling shower curtain rod|2 half roll of toilet paper|3. Front desk man called me in my room asking me to turn down the TV volume even I never had it on ! Then when I was just about to sleep, a crazy man yelled through the connecting door like he was out of his mind . It was so disturbing that I had to ask for room change immediately and slept with my gun under my pillow .|Because of this incredibly terrible experience , I will not patron Comfort in any more !

Where to start. Why anyone gave this hotel more than a 1 star review is beyond comprehension. My reservation was supposed to be booked at 20% off for Choice member Summer promo. (It was $116.) Looks like I didn't get that rate and was charged a non-member, no discount rate. As I was traveling for a dog show, I couldn't just walk away. The price charged is outrageous for the seedy, smelly motel you are running there. The hotel is extremely old and smells that way. Rank odor pervasive all over. Hasn't seen paint or renovation since it opened in the 1970's I think. Bed and pillows were soooo uncomfortable. Lumpy and used up way past their best by date. Room was ridiculously small. Barely room for two people to pass each other between the bed and TV stand. The bathroom you have to squeeze in to in order to shut the door. The closet was literally 2 feet wide! When you close the closet door it crushes your clothes. The sink area is maybe 2 1/2 feet wide. Forget putting your cosmetics or hygiene items anywhere. The "bath” towels (all 2 of them) Were the size of postage stamps and provided no absorbency. The A/C was broken, you had to push the up arrow to turn the temp up and it was so screwed up you had to push it with 300lbs of pressure to get it to work. The staff was unfriendly and most of the time didn’t even acknowledge a hello. The breakfast, yuck. Eggs had the weirdest taste and I have had cheap hotel eggs. These were nasty. The worst part however was on the first night there after a very long drive, and having to be up at 4:30AM, we were woken up at midnight to a screaming baby, so loud it could have been in our room. This went on for 2 hours!! We finally had to call the front desk to ask for help to do something. I think our neighbors tried covering it’s mouth from the sound of it! No joke!! Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere. This room was not worth the $116 it was booked at, certainly not the $126 I was billed at! I heard ALL the same complaints from at least 3 other people we spoke with staying there. Motel 6 would be a better option than this nasty place. Spend the extra 40 bucks and definitely stay anywhere else!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is very small and the hotel is in an odd spot, a little hard to find if you've never been in this area. They do allow pets for a small fee.

Great stay at this comfort inn. Service side we had a situation but was immediately taken care of the front desk during chk out. Location is great right off freeway but no noise. Will definitely be returning

A nice place. Designed to resemble a ski lodge inside. The room was clean. The staff friendly. A little pricier than some of the other places in town, but it was a holiday weekend, and we needed a place to stay.

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.

I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck

I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".

Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
