Positive: Staff was excellent, Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room and staff was Very accommodating for our dogs. Negative: It was very unsettling to go outside with dogs and have people coming out of the bushes to ask for money, or having people hanging around our vehicle while loading.

Positive: Walls were thick enough not to hear people from next door, the king sized bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was overall decent. Negative: Small must as soon as I entered or re-entered the room after a few hours. The TV lost reception, randomly, for up to 15 minutes at a time. The shower head was small with the water pressure being not-so-great. Overall for a 2.5 star hotel, its decent.

Pros: The staff was very polite and attentive. They did their best to address the facility gaps. The location is very convenient and has walkable access to many stores and restaurants. Cons: With exception of the lobby; this hotel is very outdated and kinda gross. Only one elevator worked and it was held together by literal duct tape. Stairs were faster and safer. Pool seemed sketchy so avoided. My room had an odd odor so left window open most of time. The room felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a decade… even the headboard had grease stains. The room I was in had an odd metal trap door in ceiling and machinery sounds came from it 24/7 so it made it very difficult to sleep. They need to refurbish or renovate this space as it’s not worth the money now.

Traveling in December 2023 to visit family. Hotel has excellent amenities including a heated pool and hot tub, guest laundry, and full hot breakfast (not common among other Federal Way hotels). Staff is exceptional and when we asked for additional towels and supplies they were crazy fast bringing them to us. Shout out to Richard, Bobby, and Brad at the front desk who were welcoming and friendly - a highlight of the trip to have those guys to interact with.

This Hotel is great. They are professional but still friendly and down to earth, they recognize guests need for privacy, so they dont meddle in your business or ring your room unnecessarily. The breakfast is nothing short of fantastic, Big praise to the nightime desk clerk who is also a qualified cook by trade. We enjoyed our stay here completely. The first "Five Stars" we've given in a long time!

This hotel is very good for stay due to combining location. But there is little room for improvement. Breakfast options needs to be improved. If added more basic items like breads and bagels that would have been great for kids. The person serving in the breakfast room literally hates his job. I saw him being rude to elderly customer who asked to refill scrambled egg. Breakfast was almost over at 8:30 and supposed to be there till 10:00 am on weekdays that person refused to refill even forks. For a decent hotel stay with inclusive breakfast staff needs to empathetic. Reception staff were amazing though

I had better and worse for 100 bucks. The staff is friendly. The place is run down but it fulfills its purpose. Our room had a door leading to another room, we could understand every word from the guy on the other side even though he was talking normally. Luckily for us he was quiet at night. I recommend bringing your earplugs if you wanna stay here.
