Comfort Inn Emporia - Hotel in Emporia - 899 Wiggins Road I-95 and US 58 Exit 11B, USA

I was charged two incidentals before checking out instead of one and was charged more than the room rate max. I have not been able to contact customer service. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. The bathroom had a lighted mirror, but the fan did not work well, and everything was moist. The TV displayed several black lines across the screen.

Comfort Inn was clean and cozy for our family's stay. The breakfast was just a standard hot hotel breakfast, but it was fine. The breakfast area was clean and well tended. The staff was polite and friendly. We had a good experience and would stay here again

Located at the southern border of VA in Emporia, just 10 minutes from NC, this is a great stopover if driving from the north or south on 95. Right of the exit! Newly renovated (in fall 2023), the hotel is a great example of hospitality, cleanliness and easy. Everything is upgraded and the decor is fresh and exciting. Very clean & quiet. Bed was firm and comfy. Stayed on the first floor, which is mostly reserved for travelers with pets. No carpet, no smells. Would definitely stay here when in the area.

Stayed here as an overnight stop on my trip back from Florida to NJ so I can't speak to any amenities at all. I can say the check in process was very easy and front desk was extremely nice and helpful upon my arrival after 10pm. The room was very clean and nice. It was right off 95 so the location was excellent and still felt safe. I stayed in a competitors hotel on the way down and it was night/day. This will definitely be my new place to stay on my way home every year on this trip. I just wish I could stay here on my way down to FL but it is not far enough down for me. I will look into another Comfort Inn in South Carolina.

Front desk staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms seemed recently updated as well. Awesome location, right off highway, it was a good rest point for a road trip. Very quiet hotel, had no noise complaints, breakfast was okay, not too many options, but it’s free so can’t ask for much. Overall really happy with our stay.

The hotel was clean, the desk staff were friendly. There was no smell - as in most pet friendly hotels. We were traveling home from Florida and this will be my new stop. There was a free breakfast but we did not get up in time. The water temp and pressure in the shower was great.

Nice and affordable. Our room’s remote didn’t work and some loser stunk the entire second floor up with weed despite the tons of no-smoking signage everywhere, but the lady at the front desk was really friendly and receptive to me being a huge Karen about it. It was otherwise a very comfy and quiet stay.
