My experience here was 100% positive! Very clean and comfortable room, great parking availability for a work truck, a lovely pool, and a stellar staff. I had read previous reviews about Kenya being an incredible person, and I can confirm that she's an absolute Goddess. My husband and I will absolutely stay here whenever we're in the area.

comfy bed, great breakfast buffet, other hotels had cold tasteless eggs and gross sausage patties, but they had steaming scrambled eggs and good bacon, was also quiet and safe, great shower, nice indoor pool. pet friendly was a plus. easy check on.

I've stayed in Comfort Inn hotels all over the country over the years & I must say this one has to be the worst. I honestly wouldn't stay here again. The reasons why include, when I first arrived for check-in, I had to wait 10 min or so for someone to come to the desk. The lady who checked me in was really nice, helpful & professional but I dont like that I walked in & waited like the desk was closed. Secondly, as soon as I walked down the hallway to my room, I noticed a stale smell, Im thinking from the carpet. Then when I get in my room there's a weird smell too. There was some brown flaky stuff on the front outer part of the toilet bowl & on the floor, it looked like maybe it was vomit. Both beds linen & most of the towels had stains on them. I can tell they were clean, but they just needed to be replaced. No one wants to see stains on things in a hotel. Also, the refrigerator wasn't cold because it needed to be defrosted. I let the front desk know (which I had to either go up there or call from my cell because the hotel phone was not hooked up to a phone line, it was basically just decoration) the lady up front said she did something to a knob or switch in the back & said that should help get cooler but she too saw the ice down the back of the inside of it too & said it does need to be defrosted. I went out for a few hours & when I came back their was a huge puddle of water in front of the dresser. Thankfully, I didn't have anything on the floor that could've gotten wet. So, it was not a horrific experience, but it was definitely not well enough to stay again.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. First, they tried to deny myself a room based on my service animal. The front desk woman was very rude and belligerent. I asked to speak to a manager. The front desk woman first said that no manager was available. Eventually she called her manager, put her on speaker phone, and proceeded to very rudely “explain” that a customer was here demanding a room and not listening when she told me that my pet was not allowed. Again, this is not my pet but my service animal who has been trained to perform tasks to aid me with my disability. The manager also became belligerent. I told the ladies thank you and stepped away to call the local P.D. When the manager heard me calling the police to report an accessibility issue she said she would “let it slide this one time and give me a room”. Upon entering my room I took a shower. Immediately the bathroom vent started leaking a really disgusting brown liquid substance all over the toilet. The whole hotel experience here is completely subpar. I don’t expect high end rooms but for $150 I don’t expect the room to be leaking goo. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room smelled like it the carpet was old and hiding an old cigarette or vaping stench. The refrigerator didn't work and the a/c was probably the reason it just didn't smell fresh. Shower was great, room worked for 4+ shuteye. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Although conveniently located near I 20 exit in Douglasville, the location itself reflects Douglasville in general, just average and a bit depressing. The hotel itself is also a bit outdated and it shows. Dark furniture do not help the general ambiance. Old style carpet in rooms c9ntribute to rhe overall feeling. An unpleasant smell upon entering the room welcomes you.I guess my issue is that I would expect this overall picture in a cheaper low budget motel or hotel but for $133/ night here at the comfort Inn? Nothing justifies it. This was a late reservation on my part on this specific day and did not want to bother spending time looking for other alternative.. The Hampton Inn nearby is a much better solution for the same price among other ones. I will not say avoid it but do if you can. It all depends on your standards.

A fine place to stay. It was fairly clean and quiet and staff was friendly. Good but small breakfast.
