Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station - Featured Reviews (597)
This was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms and premises were clean. The towels were nice too. To address previous reviews about noise...the walls are thin so it's easy to hear what is happening in the next room or hall. So if quiet is what you are looking for, ask for a room away from traffic and other guests. It was not an issue for us though, as the halls were quiet at a respectable time. There were some older hotels nearby but they seemed to be cleaned up since previous reviews. I did not feel unsafe staying here at all. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
If I could do a zero review I would. We chose this hotel for the convince. We needed to attend a memorial service. Arrived at 4pm and at 8:30pm pulled the blankets down to settle in. I was sitting up and watching tik tok. I noticed pubic hair on the sheets. This is not something I expect in a place I plan to sleep. I would expect clean sheets. I went down to complain and as I walked down the hall I heard a woman screaming in another room for her life. I spoke to the man at the counter about both things. I let him know my husband and I were no longer comfortable and wanted to leave. He agreed to refund our money but refused to give us a receipt showing this. He stated this was due to end of night closure. He told me if there were any issues to contact the manager in the morning. He assured me he would also look into the woman screaming. I went to pack and again let this man know the woman was still screaming. He stayed behind the counter. The pool was brown as well. We left and went to another hotel with the belief this man would follow through. The following morning my husband contacted the assistant manager Zach (refused to give last name). He stated he would not be giving a refund because he said we were there for 6 hours which is inaccurate. I called him back and asked for his first and last name which he refused. I asked for his managers name which he told me Jessica but refused to give a last name. I asked for his regional managers name which he stated Marcus but refused to give a last name. He spent time telling my husband and myself that the pubic hair belonged to us and stated we refused all other accommodations offered. No accommodations were offered at any point. I tried to explain this but this man continued to speak over me. He told me to deal with the cooperation. Come to find out this hotel collects money and the choice hotel cooperation can only file complaints on them but can not get into their system to get your money back. This was by far one of the worst most disgusting hotels I have spent in. The staff and the assistant manager have little experience in dealing with their guests. The fact that they do not clean their sheets is HUGE. I do not recommend this place. We went to the Hilton Garden in for the same price and the quality is 1 million times better. They also were extra accommodating due to the extreme issues we had with the other hotel. THANK YOU HILTON.
Sketchy people hanging out outside the property. Upon entering a facility, they seemed to be spraying for something. Other recent reviews showed that the pool was closed. They were spraying around the pool area, possibly for mold. When getting to our room found large clumps of hair and stain on the bed. We did not end up staying and were provided a refund. I would not recommend staying here.
Run down older building (worn carpet, broken fixtures in bathroom etc) We were flying in late and leaving the next day so proce was right and we would stay again. As far as a home base for multiple days I probably wouldn't have wanted to stay here. It was quick 30min from airport which was nice. Staff was fabulous!
NOT PET FRIENDLY. DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST HEARING DISABLED. Beware of false advertising. Manager kicked out a hearing disabled person in a handicap room for bringing a service dog. My doctors have stacks of paperwork on my disability. Federally illegal to refuse service to a disabled person. Then, illegally entered my room without my authorization. Police helped me get my belongings and service dog. Thank you police officers in the area for protecting the disabled against alleged hate crimes.
Positive: Nice smell of fragrance throughout hotel. Cozy clean room. Clean modern/updated look. Good breakfast. Negative: ""
Place is dated, room was dusty, lack of attention to detail in house keeping is a problem. Cheaper than cheap rca TV, rca hasn't been a good brand In over 25 years. The deal teak though was my shower was broken and the floor was evenly sticky. The holiday inn down the block suffers from the same out dated problem but is spotless and not in need of maintance.
Nice on the outside. The rooms are old & need updated. Not as clean as expected.
The floor in our room was plank & dirty!

This is a budget hotel, and with those expectations in mind, we were very pleased with our room and our stay.
The room is nothing fancy, but if you are only using the hotel as a place to sleep while you explore the area, then this is perfectly fine.
After chronic knee pain for the last 6 years, I decided to give the gym another shot in combination with PT to try and get some relief. Tom has been amazing with producing exercises and modifications to get my legs (and whole body) stronger without e
I would highly recommend Vital to anyone looking for small group personal training. The entire staff is very welcoming and a place where judgement is left at the door. Iâve learned so much from my trainer Raia and look forward to each session to co
I have never been in such a supportive fitness environment! Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful to me as someone totally new to CrossFit. I appreciate that the coaches focus on safety and have a Foundations series before you join group classes
