The room was clean and had what you needed for an overnight. The area overall has a number of transients that can make some uncomfortable. If my grandmother were to be there alone I would be concerned. That being said if you’re from the city and used to dealing with them it’s not so bad. Fast food is plentiful. Looks like the area is trying to provide choices for dining. Overall a 7-8. Most of which is out of the businesses control.

Let’s start with the good. The room was clean. The front staff was nice and it’s located near plenty of restaurants. Now the bad, the elevator is filthy, and the breakfast offering is a joke. Breakfast started at 6 AM and by 6:30 there was nothing left. When I went to the front counter and asked to have things refilled, she put four slices of bread out. There were no eggs left and no muffins left. If you’re going to offer breakfast then do it correctly. Otherwise don’t offer it, It just makes people upset. Everybody inside the breakfast room was complaining about there being nothing left. I would stay here again but just get your own breakfast at one of the fast food restaurants nearby.

Positive: The staff was kind and the location was ideal. The pool was nice and shallow for kids. Negative: There were cockroaches in our room, the sink and the tub did not drain, the walkways and hallways were filthy, there were hardly any options for breakfast and there was nobody there to maintain it. The phone in my room did not work. I got bedbugs.

Good area, clean rooms with friendly staff. They offer breakfast but only for about 6-10 people. Breakfast runs out very quickly. Get there early otherwise you miss out. Once it is out there is no more breakfast offered. That is the only setback we came across.

Super comfortable and clean. The room just needed small updates/ repair and dusting..would definitely stay here again! My family was very comfortable.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Large rooms nice amenities, large TV, refrigerator, Microwave, large bath. Well maintained. Elevator. Near not in the wine country, nice area adjacent to many places in Northern San Francisco bay area. I will stay again.

Comfortable stay. Restroom walls could use some pampering. At least the Queen two bedroom I booked needed it. I like that there is a small refrigerator in the room and microwave oven. Also they have eggs , sausage and waffles for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Good strong coffee. Good water pressure for the shower. You have the pump bottle on the shower wall with shampoo and conditioner and also in vanity area one for lotion. Towels are thicker than the normal towels you get at other lower cost hotels. Note at check in that they charge you a additional holding deposit of $150 on top of your room rate that you get back on your card about 4-5 days later. Lots of fast food restaurants to walk to like Subway.

ANYTHING but comfortable. We checked in, and at first glance the rooms look fine. But don't look too close...you'll see countless mystery stains on the blankets, pillows and carpets. My pillow had a HUGE red stain as if some juice was spilled, and the pillow cases were so thin i could see the stain right through the pillow case. I went down to the office to show them, and she said "At least there's a pillow case". what??? no. I asked for a new pillow, and new blankets. she said they didn't have ANY other blankets, they were locked away in storage. So my question, is how do they wash and rotate them if they're all locked away....? I was adamant we would not be using the ones in our room. Dog hair, stains, etc. SO GROSS. She finally found two thin blue blankets for us. If we were able to get a full refund we would have done that and left immediately and booked elsewhere that night. But since that's not possible, we stayed. Slept terribly the entire stay. She assured me the next morning housekeeping supervisors would know, and come change out all the linens; but they never came. Didn't knock, didn't check in with us, nothing. It was probably the worst hotel experience we've had. I would hate to see these rooms under a blacklight, especially in the bathrooms as well where there are layers of dust, mold along the seam from the shower/tub to the wall, the lights and mirrors, and DIRTY white doors that you can tell are never wiped down. IT. WAS. AWFUL.
