Comfort Inn Bordentown near NJ Turnpike - Hotel in Bordentown - 1009 US-206, USA

Overall for what I paid the property met my expectations. I was in the area for a 3 day basketball camp my son was attending. Although check-in was at 3 I was in the area early because my son had to arrive at 8:15am for camp. I went to the hotel at about 9 and the staff was very accommodating and said I could check in at 11 for a really low fee. Although the room needed some renovating my room was very clean. Breakfast was simple but again great for what we paid. We had fresh bagels and bread, cereal, fresh pastries, and of course the most important since I was traveling with children the waffle station. A big plus the breakfast was available up to 9:30am. They had water, coffee and tea 24hrs and an actual working Ice Machine. They also had vending machines. The pool was open and it was well maintained. My youngest really enjoyed it. Since we traveled with the kids we went to a nearby Dollar general and was able to purchase some quick snacks and meals that can be made in the microwave so obviously it was great that we also had a working Microwave and refrigerator in the room, and our AC worked perfect, we actually had to turn it off a couple of times.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but... The hotel was pretty dirty over all. I was in a room one the second floor and for the full week I had to stay there, the elevator and hallways always smell of pot. Luckily for me, unfortunately for others, I've had to stay at worst places. Over all the room was dirty, housekeeping definitely isn't doing a proper job. The sheets and linen were clean and bug free. If it wasn't for work and I had a choice I wouldn't have stayed. I definitely wouldn't have my family stay. Oh yeah don't expect a good sleep there was banging and loud noises almost every night and random hours. I sleep very hard and was woken up all the time. Forget Friday nights I swear it was like a house party. I give 2 stars because the desk staff were nice and the sheets and linen were clean and no bugs.

The hotel is well situated, near the 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. When we came in the hotel lobby, there was some air-conditioning on. As soon as we got into the elevator, there was no more air-conditioning, neither in the corridor on the second floor. There were garbage piles on the floor, in the second floor corridor, There was a humidity smell as soon as we opened the room's door. On a day where the temperature has reached 102 Fahrenheit, the air-conditioning was turned off. The floor was still humid in the bathroom since the fan doesn't work anymore, and is filled with dirt. The armchair had a broken leg. The bed sheets were clean. There is breakfast included with the 135 US$ 2 queen bed room. Hopefully, when we go down at 6:30 tomorrow morning, it will be good AND the air-conditioning will be more efficient than when we arrived this evening.

Inside is gross. More cameras than a prison. Front staff was friendly ish until there was an issue with my room. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet. The bed sheets/comforter was on the floor spread across the room and the fold out couch bed was open. It smelled horrible. Clearly it was the wrong room. I went down to get the correct room and got a refund instead. "Oops no other rooms available, but don't worry your refund was processed" this was at 1:30 am after driving 13 hours. Note: we had called ahead several hours to let them know we would be there at 1am and they had said it was no problem. They absolutely screwed us, don't get screwed too.

This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was $400 for two nights. The door did not work they had to come with a key every time even though they said they would fix they never did. The bathroom fan didnt work and it made a loud buzzing noise. The place itself was filthy, dirty I mean the fridge, the microwave. The pillow cases were yellow from stains. When we laid on the sheets we were itchy. I was hoping and praying it didnt have bed bugs. The hot tub was dirty as well. Dust every where I mean thank God it was those two nights and we were exhausted but i wouldnt stay here even if they paid me 🤮🤮🤮 What a Dump

Came here for a little overnight get away from the house trip. Decided to "splurge" a little bit and book a "Jacuzzi Jet Tub" room for about $15 more than the standard room rate. Overall, I was pleased with the whole shabang!! For the money spent, Jacuzzi room was what I expected and it did the job! I was able to relax in rest my aching feet and it worked wonders on my back!! The only anxiety I experienced was the location of the hotel. Again I cannot fault the hotel tho, it is the state of New Jersey that I have the issue with!! They have the most awful roads and just to drive to Wawa from hotel which is directly across the street, you have all kinds u-turns and "sharp left turns", I probably should have just walked to Wawa!!

The room 1st room I checked into was DISGUSTING and that's being nice. Blood on the sheets, stains on the sheets, the chair was filthy and the air vent in the bathroom was nasty. The room smells and the carpet is wet Debbie apologized and switched the room. The mattress is so sunken in and all I feel is springs. I can hardly breathe this room smells also. To top it off the air conditioner didn't work properly. Woke up sweating

DO NOT STAY HERE. Check-in is 4pm. My partner and I arrived at 2pm and was charged an additional $25 extra for early check-in, although the rooms were ready. 2 of the 3 rooms had an unpleasant odor. We had moved three times from room 104 to 108 and then 109 for various unsanitary reasons. The carpet was soaked and soiled from the condensation of the air conditioner units leaking. Air conditioning units were patched with duct tape. There were various visible spots of mold on the walls and air conditioning vents. Comforters on the beds were dingy with traces of hair on pillows. Toilet was leaking and ran all day/night. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The television did not work because there was no internet connection at all throughout the entire hotel as advertised. The refrigerator was dirty and rusted. There were long black strands of hair in multiple areas within the room, e.g., bed, shower, sink, jacuzzi, dresser, etc. The jacuzzi jets did not work, just made loud noises. Finally, a previous guest left a soiled sock and a piece of ham under the desk, which is a clear indication that housekeeping isn't being kept properly. This hotel was the worst. Customer service was horrible. No one wore name tags, and when we asked for their names, they refused to share. Neither attendant bothered to address any of our comcerns other than move us to another room, which only got worse. The first guy repeatedly said, "I just work here." The second guy said, "So what! Call the headquarters. I don't care." When we asked for the number, he told us to Google it.
