Comfort Inn Biltmore West - Featured Reviews (591)
I was looking for an affordable option that takes dogs, for a two-night stay. This hotel fit the bill and my room was super clean! The mini fridge and microwave were also nice. Check-in was easy and the associate was quite friendly. My room was located close to a side door that is accessible only by key card. It made it super easy to take my pup out. They had multiple poopy bags/trash can stations and the side yard was very well lit at night. The beds were comfy and the complimentary hot breakfast was also a great way to start the day. This isn’t Grove Park, but at a fraction of the price, it was perfect for me!!
Very clean, but oudated hotel. Stayed for two nights for our visit to Biltmore. Check in was easy and smooth. Used the pool both nights we were there. Pool was a little cold but clean. Breakfast was your normal free continental breakfast. Plenty of restaurants near by just a lot of traffic. Would stay again for 1-2 nights.
Excellent hotel! Clean, clean, clean! Shower water pressure is excellent! We got a room with a king bed and a balcony with 2 chairs. The hotel had a nice pool, but we did not use it. Great breakfast options, eggs, waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt . Restaurants nearby, the front desk person was very nice and friendly, helpful.Beds very comfortable, all refrigerator but didn't have a freezer, which we really needed as we were driving down further south.
Overall great value. Very reasonable price, our pet free room (thanks front desk) was clean with cold AC. Good variety breakfast and acceptably strong coffee. Easy access to i40 and walkable to restaurants.
This has to be the best hotel i have stayed at. You might not be expecting much from this small stop but believe me, it is worth it. The beds were so comfortable and i slept so well, even through the noise of traffic (this is coming from a country dweller). Now all of these things so far wouldn't have me be writing a revue, but then i woke up and went down to breakfast...
This small hotel may have had THE BEST BAGEL I HAVE EVER HAD. i ascended on the flavor of the cream cheese and jelly. I am astounded.
Watch for the hidden “safe” charges at checkout.
I rented two rooms for my sons to have a brother weekend. After checkout I received the paper bill & noticed hidden charges for a safe in each room. I have since been issued a full refund from the hotel but not until I emailed a complaint.
Be sure to check your final bill. There was no prior notice or ability to not accept these charges. Heck, no one even knew there was a safe in the room.
Bare basics motel. The room was clean but felt like a dorm room. Minimally furnished. |Breakfast was the same daily and not very appetizing. The rooms were only cleaned every three days. The walls were very thin with loud TV and music. Will not stay again.
Probably the best comfort inn I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, friendly staff and I loved the fresh lemon water they put out! Not far at all to the biltmore or downtown. The guy at the front desk gave us some awesome advice for local food options! I highly recommended staying here if you visit Asheville!
Amazing hotel! Loved the history of the buildings, how they were integrated into the design of the hotel. Service was impeccable, champagne at check-in, heaters while waiting for valet, complimentary Tesla to take you downtown, and the Lounge has l

This place is so great. Everything from the indoor fireplace, to the hot tub just outside the bedroom, to the HEATED FLOORS in the bathroom (not to mention heated toilet seat and bidet, even a heated towel rack!) They take it a step (or twelve) furth
Great experience! From first reaching out with general questions, to a quick and easy process of getting signed in to classes. The owner was great with communication. I walked into the 4:30pm class with Coach Donivan and with three years experience m
My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay over the New Years holiday weekend. We very much appreciated the attention given to the suite and the magnificent breakfast presentation each morning.
Our hosts John and Susan were not only attentive but cordial
I was hesitant getting a spray tan because it had been years since I had one! Hannah made me feel very comfortable during the whole process and was a master at what she does. My tan turned out great and made me feel so amazing in family pics! She was
Canât believe I just found this hidden gem not far off of Thompson Street! One of the few coffee shops open at 7 am with a variety of coffee/espresso based drinks, hot cocoa bar, and breakfast tacos.
Got a dirty chai and egg/cheese burrito - both
