Comfort Inn & Suites - Hotel in Clarksville - 1485 Broadway St, USA

Room was clean and beds were extremely extremely comfortable. Pool was a big disappointment as the temperature was ice cold. Breakfast was edible but not anything good. Check in took way longer than expected (over 30 mins) due to the fact that the person at the desk did not speak good English and was very unaware of what rooms were available and what amenities the rooms offered. Parking is very limited as well.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! You will think you are staying at one of their high-end competitors. LOBBY & CHECKIN - Beautifully decorated. Checking was easy and reception staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. We had a very late check-in, and it was no problem at all. ROOM - Clean, beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. BREAKFAST - Much higher end food than we normally see at this chain. Everything was clean, and the food was hot and delicious. CHECK OUT - Quick and easy. Dawn was fantastic and she was so friendly! That lady is an asset to your hotel for sure! NEGATIVES - absolutely NONE. If you are anywhere near Louisville (and this is a great location to the city), this is the hotel to pick!!!

My grandmother and I went on a short roadtrip this was by far the best comfort inn we stayed at. The entire hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was a hot breakfast which is a plus. The only issue that we had was the beds. The mattresses are great, but the actual bed frame is quite bulky. We both ended up with some pretty good bumps and scratches from accidentally interacting with the frames. I will also say that the parking is VERY limited, 4 spots outside of choice parking and 2 are utilized by handicap which thankfully we were able to use. You can park next door, but it can be quite a treck depending on what time you get to the hotel.

Great and reasonably priced hotel! Breakfast was about what you would expect. The check-in process was smooth and the room was clean. The parking situation was a bit odd but was totally okay. I felt very safe. Would stay here again!

I arrived to the Comfort Inn on a Friday night around 7:45 PM. After, a long week at work. I found myself exhausted, but determined to make it a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did what they could to make it a comfortable stay. My room was clean and very much aesthetically pleasing. After getting there; I went to get dinner, then proceeded to check out their gym since I usually like to walk at least 3-5 miles after my meals. I was pleasantly surprised as it was very clean and had everything I needed. I actually was able to get a lot accomplished. When it came to the bed, maybe it even was way too comfortable because I wanted to get more work done but the bed was so soft and comfy that I slept more than I intended to. But, that is not a bad problem to have (it only shows how exhausted from work I was). I recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in Clarksville as it also has prime location close to pretty much most things the majority of folks look for (restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, etc.). My only suggestion that (again not a deal breaker), is that the breakfast buffet gets a bit more diversified as for us, (those who do not consume animal products) can have a bit more choices. Overall, I had a blast! and I will most definitely come back to this location in the future. Thank you Comfort Inn for making my stay a memorable one.

Cannot watch TV in the rooms. They left a list of channels, which is incorrect and there is no channel guide accessible on the TV. Front desk Left me on hold when I called to ask about channel info. Also requested a luggage folding rack and was told the hotel has none. in a room with two beds, would be nice to offer a rack for a second guest suitcase.

I do NOT recommend this establishment. We were booked for 12 rooms. Canceled them 2 weeks before the cancellation allotment period. Received 12 cancellation confirmation emails. Days after the “checkin date,” over $700 was debited. Several days after that debit, an additional $193 was debited. I was told that they saw all cancellations, but apparently they let someone else that our team isn’t even affiliated with checkin under the team’s credit card. Aren’t you supposed to show your ID WITH THE CREDIT CARD???? They called that customer and they didn’t answer. I was told each time that I called (HEAVY ON ME HAVING TO CALL THEM DAILY) I was told that they sent this to their GM and they’d call back with the hr or day. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Although I will dispute this charge, my gripe is why can’t they remove our credit card information from their system. Was did a charge debit days later after I called and told them of the discrepancy??

We stay here regularly and love the place. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The pool is clean with towels. They have a good breakfast and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
