The night my son and I tried to stay here. There was a basketball team staying as well. There was grown boys that looked like they were in their late teens running up and down the halls knocking on guest doors, slamming doors and all kinds of noise. We packed our stuff at 11 pm and ask for a refund. The receptionist offered to switch our rooms but to me that was pointless considering. She said I was the 10 guest to complain. And they took no action other than making complaining guest switch rooms. Well not me. So she refunded my money. That week when I returned home I checked my bank acct and they had recharged me 2 days later. Very sketchy activity.
First off, the wait to get to our room was way over the point we were supposed to check in. (Which we were told was 3:00 sharp.) The room smelled strongly of bleach and the room connected smelled like mold. The TV remote wouldn't work and was taped together on the back. The wifi wouldn't connect in one room and worked fine on the other. The staff kept acting nonchalant and gave an "I can't help you" attitude. Bathtub looked dirty and toilet flushed weird. No fridge light. Elevator is scary, stops on random floors and shakes like it's gonna fall. The room cleaners were nice though. Dakota was very helpful and friendly.
Where to start?! Firstly, the two desk clerks that I had contact with gave the impression of being new to their job since they did not know the answer to simple questions regarding the hotel. And then the room. The uncarpeted area of the floor was sticky to walk on. The carpet is frayed along the edges. Who needs a jacuzzi two feet from the bed?! Very poor lighting (except in the bathroom). There was no place to sit and relax other than the bed. Rather uncomfortable considering that it rained the whole time I was there. The breakfast was the worst. The "hot" food was room temperature and the rest was cold. And the hot water for tea was barely warm. This was every day. I suppose it would be okay for a one night stay but nothing more. There are two other hotels nearby.
Room was fine. Breakfast was lackluster even for hotel standards, OJ was rancid. People were very friendly, just needs some better breakfast. Rooms would benefit from an update.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was decent. Kenyon the representative at the service was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs at check-in and through the remainder of our stay.
Had the absolute best time at Comfort Inn and Suites, y'all! The Southern hospitality was off the charts – the front desk crew treated me like family from the start. The room was a dream, super cozy and spotless, thanks to the awesome housekeeping team. Breakfast? A Southern feast that hit all the right spots. Perfect location, chill vibes, and major kudos to the whole Comfort Inn crew for making my stay unforgettable. Can't wait to swing by again soon!
Positive: "" Negative: The hotel was more on the lower grade as far as the accommodations compared to other hotels for the price I would have expected a higher grade in the accommodations.
Pet friendly hotel. Which I hate. Not against pets. All the rooms smelled. I think there should be limited floors and rooms for pet friendly owners.😡
The hotel entrance was open and bright. Staff were polite and friendly. The beds were really comfy (Hampton Inn ð ) and the bathroom was spacious. The best part imo were the blackout blinds. Once you close them, hardly any light at all peeks in

We stayed here while in town for the funeral of a family member for a week. The rooms are ok, but not ideal for long term stays. The bathroom is roomy and the shower is nice. Most importantly I want to leave this review for Carolynn, the breakfast a

Had an awesome time, built a board that was nicer than I was expecting while staying in my price range. They were very knowledgeable and helped me explore my options. Shoutout for the shop having the new dragons! I was told to try out the nearby skat
Thereâs no other way to begin this review other than by saying that Golden Glaze is a local institution in Madisonville. Theyâve been in business for decades and the exceptional quality of their flagship glazed donuts speaks for itself. Theyâve
Super park for walking or letting your dogs play in the large enclosed areas, one area is for small dogs and one for large and small. The park itself is gorgeous with one of the best disc golf courses anywhere. The trails are well maintained and be
They bring in some pretty good entertainment acts for a small town!! I was impressed. CC & the Music Factory was such a great walk down memory lane. Only bummed the rain cut their show short.
Such a cute place! Loved it. The family-friendly atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and inviting. The pizza? OUTSTANDING! Truly, some of the best homemade pizza Iâve ever had; priced fairly as well. The taco pizza is their âclaim to fameâ and it
Had a delicious dinner here. I got the veggie fajitas and it was very yummy! I really liked the fact that they give plenty of mushroom since most places skimp out and it's my fav part. I also tried the quesadilla and it was good as well. Got the flan
