This hotel was located exactly where we needed it to be. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There was breakfast but it could have been better. As it got closer to the end time, the employee didn't want to bring out fresh food. Because it is not near any attractions, you don't have that early morning door slamming and kids running.

I am writing this review based on my observations and the experience of my friend who recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Wildwood/The Villages, Florida. While I did not stay at the property myself, I had the opportunity to see the rooms and common spaces firsthand. The rooms were subpar in my opinion—small, dingy, and not very clean. The lack of cleanliness was quite noticeable and disappointing. The common areas were also poorly maintained and not very inviting. It seemed as though attention to detail and cleanliness were not high priorities at this property. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is quite convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. Additionally, the on-site DC fast charging is a public utility offered by Duke Energy and can be used by non-hotel guests as well. This feature, including a CHAdeMO adapter for those with legacy Nissan Leafs, is a great amenity for EV owners. Overall, the Comfort Inn and Suites did not meet the basic expectations of cleanliness. However, its convenient location and the availability of public EV charging make it noteworthy. There are likely better options in the area that offer more cleanliness and comfort.

Used 30,000 points for this stay. Motel is in good shape. Front desk staff are friendly. Clean room and bath. Lighting is a bit dark due to the light bulbs that are use. Pet friendly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Two USB ports in lamp between beds. I could only get 2 queen beds with having a pet. Management rule? The hotel was not booked up. I was charged $53 pet deposit. That charge is with one pet or two. I departed before the 7:00 am breakfast bell.

I had spent all day at Epcot Disney and afterwards decided to drive like 3-4 hours to Destin but I was exhausted. I really wanted to be in the pool and do the drive the next day. Along my route I saw one of those gas stations that had live baby gators and souvenirs. So I stopped. Next door there was a hotel. I had just stayed at a similar looking hotel in Orlando the night before. Was thinking this is going to be another one of these dumps with the deposit. Checked in they had lemon water on the counter, which honestly I drained. Loved it. The lady checking me in was extremely kind and friendly. Was able to get a discount. Now on to the room. 220. I was absolutely blown away with how amazing it was. Fridge and microwave and cable channels. Went swimming and was offered a beer by guys at the pool. This was an awesome experience. I'll be back again someday. Thank you.

We checked in on Thursday and the room wasn’t clean. The poor front desk lady had to clean and make our room at 9pm. The housekeepers did not clean our room one time during our three night stay. They left a note saying they could not make the bed because a piece of clothing was on it. I understand not touching guests’ stuff but it was something minuscule that they could not accomplish. Absolutely ridiculous to not clean a room for three nights. Horrendous housekeeping service. Only person doing their job at this hotel is the late shift front desk lady.

I am not the one to bash businesses. I'm being very honest about our reviews. I gave it a 2 star because the staff is super nice, very polite and friendly. otherwise it would be a 0. Beautiful outside landscape, very attractive, the lobby was also attractive and very clean. |However, our room: although it was noticeable that the maid did their job, it was very obvious this room needed to be closed down until renovated: you can't see much on the images but the couches needed a commercial "deep" cleaning, not just a wipe. They don't appear too old, just "very dirty", so dirty we didn't sit , nor place our luggage / clothing on them. |look at the bath and showerhead images... , it wouldn't be acceptable for our own tenants. the drain need a serious cleaning as well... after seeing all of this, no way did we dare walk bare feet or with our sox on the carpet. |The bed: the pillows had a nasty smell, come one!!! change them on a regular basis!!! | I'm sure they are affordable with over $200.00 per night!! When one of us was moving, the entire bed was as well. It was waking me up every single time. ||It was a 3 day stay, more than enough. I did not complain at the front desk because it's not clerk's fault, surely the management know they need to renovate the rooms. |I showed my images to our company who are renting in The Villages for 4 months per year and constantly have visitors. |Sorry, I'm not exaggerating.

It's dirty not clean their was hair in the shower before we used it without saying didn't use it had to go to my aunt house to shower me and my kids it's just a no for me my dad knows furniture and said the queen bed is not a queen bed smh it's a full the staff was friendly but the building is a no won't be using this hotel again but again friendly staff
