Comfort Inn & Suites Troutville - Roanoke North / Daleville - Hotel in Troutville - 3231 Lee Hwy, USA

This is a normal hotel nothing special, the room was decently clean. I thought the bed was to hard, my wife liked it. Check in took over 30 mins. The older lady was nice but slow. Breakfast was pretty good. I didn't try the mystery meat sausage. But other people were eating it. But they had a few different options.

Pretty nice hotel, spacious rooms, indoor pool, guest laundry, decent breakfast. I thought I'd rate it 3 stars because of the condition of the building: the room doors slam loudly, the carpet near the AC unit was wet, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, also condensate leak from the AC duct in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, not great compared to other hotels of that type. But I'm rating it 4 stars because the rooms are spacious, and the price is good ($160 for 5 people including breakfast, on a weekday in late August). Good hotel overall !

Location of the hotel isn't the best but there is a beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains. But what made this stay amazing isn't about the service or the location, it's the cute 3 kittens in the back of the hotel that are always there. So cute and kind 😆 I really enjoyed sitting down enjoying my time with these kittens

My husband and I stopped here after traveling all day. The young woman at the check-in was super sweet. The water was a hot, the bed was so soft. There was only two issues we had. Not enough parking for bigger vehicles (we were towing a car). And the other issue was we found a wet washcloth hanging over the shower. It did make us question how clean the room actually was. It was definitely better than some of the CI&S, we've come across. We would stay here again.

We’ll be making this hotel our “go-to” stop between New York & Nashville. Rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and nice touches like flexible reading lights and plenty of outlets/chargers. Large selection of breakfast choices. A great value!

This hotel is one of the best values I've encountered. The manager Denise is amazing. She really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Tanya and Haven also do a great job. The rooms are clean and spacious. The indoor pool is icing on the cake. Thanks for the hospitality. We'll be back!

We had a great experience here after we switched from the SUPER 8 down the road. |The staff is so friendly and helpful and the GM, Denise, is amazing!||The bathrooms and rooms are clean and the beds comfy, so overall a great value.||There is a pool as well, but I didn't personally try it. It looked nice though!||Breakfast was great as well!

Had personal business in the area and picked this Comfort Inn to stay overnight. Staff was one of the friendliest I’ve ever seen. Room was typical Comfort Inn. Was clean and no problems. Would I stay here again? absolutely. Price was good but then again I’m a Choice member.
