Stayed here after having issues with another chain in Mount Dora. |The staff here is so very friendly and when a frazzled 76 year old woman walked in the wonderful lady behind the desk was just so sweet and kind. I gave her my name and she quickly had my room keys ready to go. The room was so clean and the bed comfortable. My husband and I had room to move around and settled in nicely before having to go out again. The bathroom was also clean and had everything we needed. The next day I used the ironing board and iron to press my clothes for the wedding we were attending. Our breakfast that morning was hot and with fried potatoes and eggs and sausage. Coffee was also very good. Our 2 night stay was very nice and everyone including other patrons were friendly and easy to talk to. Even though they are a green hotel, they did provide clean towels for the days we were there. Something I really like.|I do recommend this hotel. It's convenient to the local area and only a few extra minutes from where the wedding was that we atteneded. |A hotel can't go wrong with excellent staff

Staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is quite impressive for a hotel. I absolutely enjoyed the banana nut waffles. The sausage biscuits are great too. Our room was spacious with a desk and small "living room" area. This made working so much more comfortable. The cost is very resonable.

The hotel is convenient, clean and most of all has the most wonderful staff I've ever dealth with. Breakfast had a great variety and coffee was really good. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

The room was overwhelmingly damp and smelled of dampness and mildew. You couldn't walk on the floors barefoot because they we so wet and sticky. After one night our clothes were damp and smelled also. We were supposed to stay all week but checked out after 1 night. The breakfast was also terrible. Not even real coffee, just instant out of a bag stuff. And everything else was not hardly edible. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned and appeared broken. Gross and terrible.

The hotel staff was friendly and the location was fine but the room we stayed in (410) was moldy and run down. It was truely miserable to sleep there. We stayed for 4 nights. The AC was broken or had dirty coils so all our clothes, even those in our suitcase were very wet from humidity. We had to wash all our clothes and disinfect our suitcase after we got home. The bedding was damp fron the broken AC and the room smelled moldy. My medication actually got so moist the tablets started changing color. The tile floors were extremely greasy and slippery from a waxy cleaning product. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the cold water would not get cool. The curtain had a tear in it. The carpet was worn in spots. If it was not for a busy hoilday weekend we would have left after one night. One of us became ill with cold like symptoms; likely from the dampness.

Stay Away!!! The carpets need to be cleaned and the plumbing needs to be evaluated and/or upgraded. However, the beds were newer and were fair from most hotels we stay at. The staff was somewhat helpful but turned a blind eye to the constant marijuana use inside and outside the property. It appears the property is also used for Government housing for the homeless and/or recently released inmates from the nearby jail. They really don't bother you because they are on the upper floors, but the constant loitering and couch surfing is a little annoying. I would have changed Hotels, but it is a pain to change hotels especially when your kids are involved in a weekend long tournament.

The hotel its self was very unpleasant. After paying my money, I definitely did not enjoy my stay and my privacy was intruded upon. The issue I had most was with housekeeping. They left a nasty letter and stated the room was unsanitary and if I wanted the room cleaned all belongings needed to be on the bed. Mind you nothing was on the floor. There was a towel where was towel where one of my kids had spilled something and I’m assuming that’s the reason she couldnt vacuum. I have three babies in diapers of course there’s gonna be little things here and there on the floor. That previous night she didn’t come to vacuum the floor or collect dirty towels. They were left for two days and she tried to blame the towels being left in the room on me. She left a large bag for trash rather than collecting garbage and didn’t return for it. I had to take it upon myself and ask the overnight staff for a broom and sweep up myself. The hotel threatened to not give my deposit back for no justifying reason at all. As a person who usually does stays with Marriott and Hilton this experience was definitely mediocre.

Did not get the room I paid for. Should have had a jetted tub. It did not. The light they use to make the hotel glow at night light up your room so it looks like daylight. Staff was friendly. Room was on the older side and the bed is rock hard. After speaking with the front desk and the lack of service I received I am updating this to 1 stars.
