It was not a bad hotel. The first room they gave me, the ac, took forever to actually turn on, and once it did, it still would not cool the room. I went to the front desk. The guy there said, "Give me a second, and I'll be right there to check it out." He showed up pretty fast with a key for a different room. He even went I to that room to make sure the ac was working correctly. That is great service. The location is not bad they were able to accommodate my large box truck.

We had a long layover and wanted something near the airport. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, the air was nice and cold, and the breakfast was good! It was quiet and location was great for us. Will stay again whenever we decide to visit St. Louis. Staff were nice and friendly!

Ok hotel, just a place to rest your head. It really needs to be updated. The shower curtain wasn't cleaned from the guest before us, it had dried toothpaste on it. They had a very flimsy chair for the shower. We never could watch TV, I guess it was bad satellite reception. 😕

Stayed here for a couple of concerts at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. Great hotel, we will definitely stay here again in the future! Our room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. TV had Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. The text feature with the front desk was awesome too. Thanks for a nice stay!

The hotel overall was very good. However, if you have children or adults like me who watch TV, this TV system is not for you. The TV clicker does not have numbers on it and you must go through lots of the up/down buttons to change the channel. The rest of the remote is very difficult to manage.|Otherwise, the bed, a/c, exercise room, breakfast buffet and pool were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel over the weekend because we needed a place to rest the night before my best friend's funeral at a nearby church. Overall the staff were friendly and the location wasn't terrible although you definitely want to keep your vehicle locked. The problem happened the night before the funeral. I decided to take a shower before I went to sleep just to make the morning a little less hectic. Unfortunately, at one point during this shower I slipped and tried to catch myself, not noticing the soap dish pictured below was where my arm headed. My arm ended up stabbed by the corner leaving a big enough gash that I had to go to a nearby ER (Urgent Care was closed) to have it cleaned, glued, and properly bandaged up. No fault of the employees working there, however I feel this is an extreme safety hazard to have in these showers. It's way too easy for someone to get injured on this metal piece sticking out of the wall with sharp corners. I would definitely raise my rating if these could be removed and replaced with something safer.

The most major thing that happened was that our car was broken into while in their parking lot. Someone smashed a window and attempted to rob us, but there was nothing of value left in the car for them to steal. The hotel never provided us with the video camera footage of the incident. Unfortunately the hotel was almost as terrible as getting the car broken into. The room itself was worn and in disrepair. The shower had heavy rust stains and cracks in it. The room was mediocre on a cleanliness scale. You could tell every single corner possible was cut as far as the room goes. There were parts of the wall disintegrating in the bathroom. The beds were very thin, and they only gave two thin sheets on the bed. I shivered the entire first night until we turned up the heat. There simply was no attention to detail… down to the pictures hanging crooked on the walls. Also, the hallways were disgusting. The floor was very dirty. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, which actually was the only thing that was quality pertaining to this stay. The most laughable thing was the hotel sent a message saying let them know if there was anything wrong with our stay so they can fix it while we are here, I mentioned the above concerns, and they never responded. I would never stay here again, nor could I recommend anyone stay here. Drive down the road 15 minutes to a safer part of town.

We stayed one night before we had to fly out the next morning. Service was good. Our room smelled like marijuana and so did the hallway. Work had been done in bathroom but there was paint on floor and work was not done very well. A blanket would also be nice.
