I have family staying here this weekend. We were so excited to swim in what is advertised as a heated pool. We went today around 6pm and it was ice cold. Not heated at all. Of course pools get cold, but this was incredibly uncomfortable. Nobody wanted to swim because it was so cold. Why advertise that it’s heated if it’s not? And why was the water freezing? They picked this hotel for the pool and it’s incredibly disappointing.

Terrible experience. Had to go to the front desk and get 3 rooms before getting one with a working air conditioner. Even then the A/C was really loud. Location not bad but the Hotel is a disaster. Bright lights on the front of the building keep the rooms lit brightly all night.

Wow this hotel is baddd. The beds are so old that the fabric on the side of them is disintegrating. Probably already 30 years old. They feel horrible. The rooms smell horrible. They are all smoked in. The screen has holes burned through where people would smoke out the windows. The hotel never had towels. We asked numerous times and couldn’t ever get more than the single towel in our room. They gave us floor mats as towels. The walls are thin and the guests like to sit in the hotel getting drunk and making noise. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in and should’ve just checked right out but we had so much stuff with us it was a hassle. The days inn was like 20 bucks more a night and it would’ve been worth it just to get sleep. This place shouldn’t be operating

Have never stayed in a worse hotel in my entire life and I travel for work. Brown stains and blood on my comforter. Outlet and toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, dirty rag left in my room, a broken lock from what appears to be a forced entry and my door pushed open when closed without a key card. Appeared to be a dry throw-up stain in the 2nd floor hallway. To see other people comment they also had blood on their sheets is disgusting and so unbelievably careless. The building looks and feels extremely cheap. The elevators are small and feel less for people and more for freight. When brought to staffs attention, they seemed relatively unaffected. Gave me another room and then had to call me back because someone was already in there. Place should not be open and allowed to "care" for people and their families. Horrible.

Firstly, minor issues such as a loose outlet and an improperly affixed toilet paper holder could have been overlooked as well as what looked like dry throw-up in the hallway. However, I encountered several more serious problems:||-The room had a dirty rag left behind.|-The comforter had brownish stains throughout and dried blood.|-The other queen bed had long black hairs in it when I pulled back the sheets.|-Most concerningly, the latch on the door was snapped in half from what appears to be from a forced entry. The door when pulled closed could be pushed back open without a key card and anyone could have entered the room in my sleep.||Upon discovering these issues, I informed the hotel staff. Unfortunately, they did not seem to share my level of concern. They offered to clean the room, but given the security issue, I requested a different room. I was given keys to room 315, but as I walked away, I was called back and informed that the room was already occupied. Comments on Google also arouse even more serious health issues of lice and bed bugs. ||DO NOT STAY HERE! This place needs health investigators immediately as the safety and welfare of their tenants is clearly of the lowest priority.

We ordered delivery to our room. The receptionist took it and ate it. For which he said, "I'm sorry" and refused to return the money. I hope he enjoyed it. And we were left hungry. Thank you.

Clean large rooms. Lobby is getting a make over no big deal. Kinda out of the way for places with in walking distance for dinner. But all in all very nice hotel.

They gave us a room 101 and they still have the container outside to do the remodeling inside the hotel and putting brand new stuff like new mattress. But the mattress in room 101 was horrible to sleep on cause while we both slept on it and we both rolled towards together and feel like we were sinking down and my wife ended up sleeping on the floor instead. I did report about it and the manager didn’t even talk to me about it and why they put new mattress in the other room instead of room 101? I will never wanted to stay there again due of having a bad back and my broken rib on my right side… I felt bad for my wife had to sleep on the floor
