Wow, really impressed. Great price, room was extra clean, pillows, blankets and mattress was spot on, sooooo comfortable. Staff was really great. Breakfast was awesome, except for the biscuits, they were too hard, but everything else, awesome. One draw back only, tge hot tub, was not so hot. It was more like warm, but hey, can't haveve erything. Great job...
Nice clean room with plenty of amenities. Large comfortable bed & of the handicapped room, it was large enough to maneuver a wheelchair as well as a bathroom with plenty of handrails & an accessible tub with hand held shower head. Free full size breakfast included. Clean, fully accessible property is a plus.
We reserved a room here for two nights. The first room they put us in was filthy. I’ve added photos to the review. I went down and asked for a different room and showed the clerk the photos. He moved us to a different room, I asked him at the time if I needed to return the keys to the front desk and I was told it wasn’t necessary. The next morning we left for the day, we were alerted to charges on the credit card by them. We called and was told it was because we stayed in both rooms. When we went in to talk to them, they refused to listen to anything we tried to say. We were called liars and treated as thieves. They said they had video and I told them I wanted to see it. The boss turned around and walked into the office so we followed. We were then yelled at, cussed and kicked us out. Needless to say we will never be back.
Worst hotel ever in my travels! Clerk was hateful. Air-conditioning not working in two of the rooms she put us in. Two others had just checked in. She put them in a room that had never been cleaned and wasnt going to do anything about it because house keeping was gone. We packed went to Drury (highly recommend).
She did cancel our reservation and refunded our money.
I stayed in this hotel while being displaced from my home d/t the recent Tornado in Sikeston MO. My daughter and my grandson also stayed at the hotel with me. After checking out I noticed bumbs all over my grandsons Face (both sides), R hand, R arm, and R leg. I reached out the hotel to inform them of the bites that my grandson had received, and to inform them to treat the room to prevent anyone else from getting bitten by the bed bugs and possible taking them home with them. The front desk clerk was very unbothered by what I was telling him and informed me that his manager was not in. I am assuming that the Manager was not in because it was a Sunday. He then informed me that he would have the manager call me but never even asked for my phone number. I had to ask him if he wanted my number and he stated that he had it. I gave the front desk clerk my number anyway, it has been 2 days and I still have not heard from the manager or anyone else from Comfort Inn. I feel like they already knew they had had a bed bug infestation and do not care about their customers. I’m praying that we didn’t not bring any home because I know it’s very expensive to get rid of a bed bug infestation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! This is not how you treat your customers!!
This was a very pleasant stay. Good bed, great pillows!. The room was very quiet, clean, and had a lamp on each side of the bed. Breakfast was ok as well. Check in was easy.
Can't say enough about management. They were very helpful, understanding and flexible as we worked through car problems that delayed our departure. We will stay again during our next trip to visit family in LA.
The hotel is located away from the road so location is quiet. We asked for a first floor for a mobility impaired guest and they accommodated that request. Check in was quick and friendly. We noticed several small details that were overlooked when cleaning the room, but overall it was good. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good.
Stayed a couple times. Always nice staff. Always a good room with a fridge and microwave. Never had any hassles. Huddle House is right across the parking lot in case you missed breakfast!
This is a stopover for us on way to TX Gulf Coast. Very clean restrooms, hot showers, reasonably priced, & friendly staff make this an easy choice. Add to this the Lambert's Restaurant (the home of "throwed rolls") & it's a great way to start our win
