Comfort Inn & Suites Shawnee North near I-40 - Hotel in Shawnee - 5400 Enterprise Ct, USA

Rooms were clean and what you expect for this price. A little older but maintained. Clerk at the desk was very nice and helpful. We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and in one of our rooms the air-conditioner wasn't cooling well so she found another room just down the hall for one of us to stay in. We appreciated her immediate attention on this. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good and no road noise in our rooms.

From the first phone call to ask about their rooms to checking out, every aspect of our stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very kind and they truly care about their guests! I took my kids on a mini vacation for my son's birthday, the first hotel was so horrible that it almost ruined our trip. So I started calling other hotels and as soon as the woman answered she was so bright and cheerful. We did have a small issue with our room on our last night, and they were so quick to switch our rooms and so kind. And the waffle selection is quite fun! My son got red velvet waffles for his birthday breakfast. Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel!

Never have I had such a unpleasant experience. Wifi wasn’t working, called front desk and received the most dreadful treatment in my life. I got spoken over when trying to explain what was happening when I tried connecting, and when I asked politely to let me speak, she cut off my call. When I called back she said “I do what I want in MY hotel” clearly not her hotel. Never would I recommend this place. The rude one was named Michelle (the morning staff was super helpful)

We regularly use Choice Hotels. This was our first stay at Shawnee. The hotel obviously needs some maintenance management. The first room we we given had a broken fridge; there was no Internet during our stay; the replacement room had a dripping tap. Service was ok, breakfast was ok but not up to what we have come to expect from Choice. As an indicator this hotel did not send us a survey the day we left, most of the others we have stayed at, do......

Me and my husband have always stayed there for our own little getaway when our kids stay a weekend with friends. We have always had great service and have always enjoyed Serena services. Of course in the morning it was another lady at the desk who judged my husband as he was going into the breakfast room thinking he was not a guest cause he was in his night clothes still I assume that’s why. As I checked out I let her know about the issue and she stated we ask everyone that. I informed her we have been guest there many times before and have never been asked that. I am not okay with being judged and for that we will never go back if she is working

Great place to stay. But staff definitely needs retrained. Overheard the room service woman saying she had to go into a room with 2 sleeping men, and was going to taze them if they woke up. Makes me worried for my safety from the staff.

The staff is always nice. The property is clean and safe. They could do a few updates. But for a nice place to stay traveling at a good price. This is your spot.
