This hotel is the best among many I have had to visit. I broke down and had to put my truck in for repair so I had an extended stay. The manager (Vanessa)and assistant manager (Logan) as well as the rest of the staff have went beyond their job descriptions to make this an excellent stay. They have a full breakfast bar that is excellent and maintained the whole duration of the hours it is served. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for superior professionalism from each staff member. You are not just a customer you are a friend. I will be back and would recommend other truckers I know to stay here when they are in the area.

The Comfort Inn and Suits may be the best buy for a clean, quiet room within 20 minutes of the Kansas City Convention Center. The TV content is provided by Spectrum and it took me some time to figure out the remote. Breakfast was hot and good.

Just overall bad. Nasty mildewy smell throughout. Stayed 4 nights and breakfast was the same everyday. Not just the same variety, but I’m sure the food was recycled. Example - gravy warmer had burnt residue throughout the inside and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Coffee was watered down. The manager had his office set up in the lobby. He sat there most mornings in his sweatpants and t-shirt, 64oz QT soda and snacks. Very unprofessional atmosphere. They don’t make up your room unless requested and even then it seems a burden. All night long I could hear people walking and banging noises. Room smelled bad too. Bed was nice and comfortable. That’s about the only positive I can say. Maybe it wouldn’t be as bad if it was budget, but paid premium price.

Nice beds, clean, comfortable temp control. Existing staff helpful and kind, but definitely under staffed! Rooms missing standard items: hair dryer, extra toilet paper, linens short etc. Told phone system screwed up... message lights flashing constantly in the room. Entry light inside door to room has a wiring problem; strobes on and off, stops, and starts again. Biggest problem lack of hot water: hot water runs for one shower time, then cold for about an hour. None in sink either. Night lights on bed end tables missing covers and light bulbs on both bed sides.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Room door wouldn’t shut. Couldn’t call the front desk. The room smelled like urine The room never was cleaned The gym wasn’t cleaned I saw a non staff member refilling the lemon water. It’s a ridiculous concept this place is a hotel. The lead manager seemed to be on drugs. It was super hot and smelled like human garbage. Avoid.

This hotel doesn’t have the rating it deserves. It’s located right off the highway, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is served daily & it’s DELICIOUS! The staff is friendly & consistently goes above & beyond. What sticks out the most about this hotel is the staff. Casey has a way of making you feel like you’ve been friends for years & he’s just wonderful, there’s no way around it. The manager, Dustin, has gone out of his way to make sure that all of our needs are met. He’s great with communication & putting you at ease making this an all around great stay. 10/10

I've stayed at this hotel for many nights recently and I've had a great experience every night. The staff has gone out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible and has accommodated my requests better than most any other hotel I've stayed at. I definitely recommend staying here.

Do not stay here. Shady shady shady business. I got a snack and drink from the front desk on the morning of our 2nd night. I paid for it with my credit card instead of charging it to the room. My boyfriend paid for the room. Three days after we checked out, my credit card was charged $250. No communication as to why and thankfully I noticed it on my credit card statement. Remember, I didn't even pay for the room. We called and asked what this mysterious charge was, and they said it was due to a "smoke smell." We don't smoke. They refused to refund the charge until we threatened lawyers. Along with the poor service and lies, the pool is disgusting. Mold everywhere. Do not waste your time here.
