Wonderful staff, especially breakfast staff who kept the food full and hot! Checked in and got a special pet welcome with treat, poop bag, and towel! Great room and easy access from the highway! Thank you so much!

Our room looked nice and clean, but when we layed down to go to sleep, the bedding smelled like an ash tray..

Find another place to stay. Spoke with Manager Bernadette. Not accommodating at all. She would not allow an early check in or a late check out during the week, I am a business client. Find another place to stay, not worth the hassle and all the calls only to find out she will do absolutely nothing to assist a business repeat client. Asked for owner info she refused to give it out. Not good

The only thing decent about this hotel is the bed. I normally inspect the bed before i get in it. Pull the sheets back, check for stains etc. Everything else is up for debate. The hallways and rooms always smell musty until you turn the ac on in your room. I stay here at least once a month due to work and proximity. They have a handful of receptionists. I’ve only met two that seem to have a personality. The lady last night put my card and ID on the desk to avoid putting them in my hand. It’s always like that. I just go in to get my reset and leave. After driving all day, you would love a hot shower but the tubs are always dirty. Rings around the bottom rim and the presence of what used to be an old mat at the bottom, pubic and long hair on the floor. Not sure if they really clean anything with cleaner and hot water.

Came to Connecticut for a funeral. Not a trip anyone would like to make. That being said you couldn't find a better place to stay. Close to everything. Close to all shopping plazas.

Absolutely atrocious service - turned up and they couldn’t even guarantee our room for the 3pm check in time. Which is one thing, but how rude the woman at the check in desk was…no thanks.

Come from NC to visit family and the heavy set older guy that works the nights thought it would be a good idea to put his hands on a 14 year old boy and make a group of KIDS that just got out of the pool stand outside in 17 degree weather to wait for there parents…. Shame on you sir…. We always come there at least twice a year and pay 200$ a room per night and you treat our children this way… we won’t spend another dollar there!!
