Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Hotel in Little Rock - 707 I-30, USA

This is the only place I've ever gone to where they asked me after getting into the room if everything was okay and if there was anything they could do to make my stay perfect (it already was). It gave me comfort knowing they truly care. Marcus was extremely nice and friendly! He was committed to making sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was also really good. The rooms were really clean and the air conditioning works really well. I didn't have any issues with temperature or humidity. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying here!

Clean rooms at a great price. I love the amenities you can enjoy here and it's very close to the freeway. We got a room with a window facing the freeway so at night and during the day you could hear the cars a bit, but nothing too loud. There was only one receptionist when we checked in so there was a wait time. We came here because we saw the great reviews and we agree! I would love staying here again.

The room is beautiful and the bed is so soft. The service is excellent. 100% fabulous. The pillows are soft and luxurious. The food they serve is hot and delicious. The price I paid was excellent. A definite great place to getaway. All of them great.

Sharell was very understanding of the mixed date and changed it for me. Now our 12-year Wedding Anniversary/Husband 39th Birthday will continue as planned. Thanks to her we plan on enjoying the restaurant/bar and taking a tour of the Rock Town Distillery which husband is Excited. I am pleased. Thank you!!!

So rooms are ok. The damage that has been patched up is very obvious. Holes in walls, cracks in ceiling, etc. The rooms are not cleaned to any sort of standard. Very little vacuuming, no counter or surface wipe down, only new towels and tightening of bed clothes and pillow arrangement some days. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was awful. Just awful. Location is convenient for freeway access. Sounds of gunshots add a nice touch to the ambiance.

Monica worked the front desk and checked me in. She was very helpful and just awesome to talk to. Really friendly workers who take pride in their work! I've traveled alot for work but this was the best group of people to deal with in all of my experience... 10/10 recommend if your in the area looking for a room to stay at

Asia, at the front desk, greeted us warmly and promptly which was wonderful after a long day of driving. She also suggested Camp Taco for dinner which was within walking distance. The food and drinks were great! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay again.

Monica was awesome. She was welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. She made our experience enjoyable from the first moment when we arrived and we felt at home. Monica is down to earth, greeted us with warmth and provided information on what services the hotel provided which we really appreciated. It took out the headache of having to figure out things since this was our first trip to Arkansas. We would definitely stay here again.
