Visited 9-4-24 through 9-8-24. By far the best Comfort Inn we’ve visited! Miss Holly at the front desk was most hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast and room staff are class acts as well. Everyone seemed happy to be there😊. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was on point. This will now be our home away from home when visiting our eldest son here in Crestview Fl. We very much appreciate you ALL! Thank you!
This is one of the nicest in the Choice Hotel chain that we have ever experienced. ||From check in to our whole 3 night stay the staff was wonderful, great outdoor pool area, fantastic breakfast with a plethora of choices plus the rooms, lobby and hallways are extremely clean. Only drawback was we had to ask for more towels. Housekeeping did not automatically offer any but we will come back when in the area. Book on choice hotel sites. As a member you will receive a much better rate than if you contact the property directly.
I stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Crestview FL. for 3 nights every month. The whole Staff, especially Holly, Candace, Christy, & Summer are the absolute best! They go the extra mile for guest comfort & keep the property well maintained! One morning, Christy made her own recipe of Peach French Toast Casserole! This was absolutely scrumptious! Choice Hotels needs to include this item in all their chains & pay Christy for the rights of the recipe. She had peaches left over, & used those to make me & my family a Peach Cobbler. The cobbler was absolutely scrumptious! What other hotel makes a guest their own cobbler? We had our grandkids with us & Summer asked if we would be going to the pool that morning. We said no, but will this afternoon. She was asking because she needed to add pool chemicals but wanted to wait if the kids were planning to swim. The next day Summer was replacing the pool table umbrellas with new ones. I can tell that the franchise owner & staff take pride in keeping their facilities well maintained, updated, & modern!
Kenji was an excellent host with great kindness in the mist of professionalism. |Checking in and out was easy. |The entire place felt clean and our room was exceptionally clean. No stains and smelled fresh. Bathroom was immaculate, a big plus for me. |Pool area was a nice place to visit with friends. Plenty of new and clean chairs. |Breakfast was a truly hot breakfast. |Use your GPS to get there. Construction on the road hindered a direct route but the hotel was worth the extra block of driving to get there. ||Two words for the entire complex is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. ( I stayed here before about 3-4 years ago. It as the same way then). |I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The staff gets the job done. For me the job is making me feel comfortable. After I extended my stay, Kenji made sure we were all set before the morning, so I would not have to get up extra early, as I do construction. I’ve stayed in places that were not livable. I make decent money and this location is nicer than my apartment!
Holly's exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests create a welcoming atmosphere. A true asset to the hotel, highly recommended! She is the best I swear she is.
This is where I always stay now when visiting family in Crestview. Tried some other hotels before but none were as clean and comfortable as Comfort Inn. The staff is always attentive to your needs. The only thing that could make it better for me is having shower gel vice the bar soap in the rooms.
Best experience ever! I spoke with Cybil on the phone and she was a beautiful soul! She reassured, answered my questions, was kind, caring and did not rush. She made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond!! The hotel is clean and inviting. Come stay here when passing by! 😀 Thank you Cybil for being you!!!!
Lovely hotel, and a great breakfast! We stopped on our way back from Disney, but I would be happy to go and stay there for a vacation. The bathroom was HUGE, with so much counter space and a lovely bathtub. 5 stars, I was very happy.
This is a mixed review as the room itself was good, but its location and noise level was terrible. The service was 50/50. The food also was 50/50. Iâll go by category.

I started the Legacy class and have truly enjoying it which is hard for me to believe. I am 69 years and this is the best class I have ever been in. Out instructor, Sam, is wonderful. I have definitely seen improvement in my ability.

The Shrimp Po-boy is good but hold the bottom of it so your shrimp and the rest of it doesn't fall out. The onion rings are also great. She has the Square app so you can pay with debit card if you want, too.
