The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and welcoming. The room wasl clean and everything worked properly. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Lots of breakfast options. They even had scrambled eggs. It did look like the pool was out of commission, but we weren't planning on using it during our stay.

Best customer service. They (including the GM) went above and beyond for my family. The fire alarm went off for a minute but we were glad because it got the kids out of bed and ready for a great breakfast. The room was clean. We would highly recommend.

The main reasons why I didn't give this place a high a review is because of our room. The floor felt wet/humid when we walked it, because of that the room smelled a bit musty. Also, the AC in our room didn't work that well. It would blow a bit of a cold air, but it never made the room cold. The hallway was colder than our room. The location was in a good spot, and the breakfast is like any typical free breakfast.

First off the man that checked us in was so nice and helpful. We checked in around 10 pm. The room was ok. The floor did feel wet and the bathroom floor didn't look clean. I didn't complain, it was 10 at night and we had been driving for 5 hours. The ac was already on so that was nice. The room does have a microwave and mini fridge. The pool is closed and looks to be closed for awhile. That was a real disappointment because it didn't say the pool was closed when I booked, I probably would have booked a different hotel. We only had 3 towels and wash cloths and had to ask for more because there was 4 in our room. Breakfast was ok. The lady who did the breakfast was so sweet. Pancakes was tasteless but I mean it's free haha. Overall it was ok. I wish I knew about the pool and the floor cleaned better. It's also a smaller hotel so it was really quiet. There's a Mexican restaurant in front of it that stays busy but we had no noise issues.

This hotel needs a lot of fixing up. The covered checkin parking is not covered anymore. |The pool is closed as is the gym and the general upkeep is lacking. We stayed but we won’t do so again. The cleanliness was sub par. |Our key cards didn’t work much of the time. There was a dirty sheet on the pull out couch.

If you want sleep, DO NOT stay here! If I could leave no stars, I would. The room above us had children jumping off the beds onto the floor. Spoke with George at the front desk, he told us first that it was two warnings and that they would be asked to leave. That wasn’t true. After nearly 2 hours of the “thunderdome” going on upstairs, I went downstairs again. George informed us that there was nothing he could do but ask them to be quiet. They had over 7 people in one room above us and staff was aware. Staff is not helpful here!!

Stay the night after a week long cruise on the drive home. This is about our half way mark and was late evening check in. Tauvean, the manager, was very polite and professional. He made our check in enjoyable. We will be making this our stay over point when traveling from Tn to Fl and back.
