I have been around some years and I have to say with pleasure in all of my travels I have never encountered such a professional patient and helpful staff they went out of the way to ensure all accommodation were met and also used front desk computer to find some routes for us to travel.

Absolutely no customer service. The receptionist refused to provide the hotel number or details, falsely insisted all rooms were booked for three months, and pushed me to seek accommodation elsewhere. It seemed like he was directing me to a specific hotel, possibly affiliated with this one. I'll be escalating this issue to corporate management for review."

We have stayed at this location many times before ; mostly when it was a Holiday Inn Express and never had an issue. Not a good experience last night; room was not clean, empty food containers in the refrigerator from prior occupants, broken furniture, nonexistent help at the front desk, phone was not working, bathroom was in need of some serious repair. I also think there are people living in the hotel - not all rooms seemed to be occupied by guests, but more like tenants. I would not recommend. For the price paid - over $400.00 due to the Billy Joel concert at Gillette- I expected more. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay at one of the hotels down the road at the stadium.

Dirty hotel with poor service. Saw a cockroach in the room and the desk would not change the room. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice.

This hotel js perfect for a stop after Gillette. Clean and quiet, with a decent breakfast. My only issue isn’t their fault, but the fact that we couldn’t go south on 1 after our show so a short drive turned into a longer one to get there. Would stay again.

This was the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent. Even had a delicious, fresh fruit salad. The price was very competitive. The front desk even suggested places to visit nearby. The hotel was also very quiet. I had a good night's sleep. 10 Stars for this Comfort Inn.

Positive: Quick check in & check out. Room clean, in good shape. Negative: Toilet kept running - needed some work. Lamp had a damaged (but functional) switch. Very slow elevator - made worse by being in continual use by cleaning staff (understandable, but still). Good breakfast - but no meat! (Otherwise good selection.) Negative: ""

We were greeted by a top notch host - Ginna at the front desk. She was warm, professional and quick. The place was perfect for visiting family. It's clean and they offer breakfast until 9:30 with good coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and waffles. Eggs and sausage if you wish.
