Me and my family came here for a nice stay and when we first came in the lobby looked nice and everything seemed okay. We got to our room and set down our stuff but we pulled out the pull-out sofa and were absolutely disgusted. there was makeup stains, and not sure what the rest was but definitely looked questionable. We went to the front desk and they said no refunds even after our inconvenience. While my mom was talking to the front desk, we looked at the king sized mattress and saw MULTIPLE stains. Absolutely disgusting. The headboard was greasy, reeked of mold, and weird stains everywhere. Not even 10 minutes in there and already disturbed. We gathered our stuff very quickly and left, but ask we were packing up our stuff in the car, i looked around and saw BLACK MOLD on the air conditioners. I really wanted to believe the good reviews but do not waste your money here!!! mold,grease,stains, and very rude staff expected better.

Needed a room for 1 night. My a/c broke at home. Mr. Will was so helpful and nice. I was happy to take a goodcrest in a clean, modern and updated room. Thank you so much

First of all, let me preface this by giving props to the absolutely exceptional customer service given by the front desk manager Missie. She was super friendly, gave us the best restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I couldn't have been happier with our room, the absolute quietness of the hotel, the politeness of the employees, the cleanliness and high quality of the linens and room. We will definitely be back to this location. This hotel beats a noisy beachfront hotel ANY DAY. Thank you for making our vacation a peaceful and comfortable experience!! We hope to see you in the near future!

Spectacular stay here as usual! Phenomenal customer service with the sweet Mara and the effevescent Missie the manager. Everyone here is so nice. Fantastic deal on our room. FYI this is the most quietest hotel on the strip. Only a few minutes, as in less than ten minutes from GORGEOUS beaches. Clean pool. Free breakfast and always fresh, good coffee. Super clean room. What more could you even ask for?

The staff has always been pleasant and friendly. The beds leave something to be desired but overall the rooms are clean and well stocked.

The beds were very comfortable and clean and the manager Missy was very nice and genuine. But The front desk clerk, whoever the young man was, there multiple times when we came through has absolute zero personality, and should not be upfront dealing with customers. It’s to the point that just a response, the facials was very rude. Also, there was a terrible smell the entire time it was a musty damp smell( the other reviews were accurate). We were also in a handicap room, which we did not request, but Bright and early every morning, The bathroom mirror in the walls were shaking and loud because they were washing laundry next door with the industrial washing machine. We did not use the pool or other area. We only did the breakfast once and it was not desirable but in their defense, I have yet to find a breakfast at a Comfort that taste good. So, if you’re picky, you might as well go to Cracker Barrel down the road. There were several things broke and needed to be fixed. There was cracks in the sink in the tub. Whoever did repairs did a very poor job. The floor in the bathroom was also a dirty I needed to be mopped. We would have found another hotel, but it was memorial day weekend, and everybody was booked up. I would stay there again only because the sheets are clean and the bed was comfy and we spent most of the time at the beach.
