Our stay was cut short. We were placed in our room on the first day of our 4 day trip and everything appeared to be great. Night 2 of our trip, there was a group of teenagers placed in the room adjacent to ours. A group of about 7-8 teenage boys and a couple of girls. They beat on the walls and doors all night. Slammed the doors all night. Yelled and rapped all night. We called downstairs in hopes the problem could be resolved. We spent the day out the next day so we got away from the craziness. When we returned to get some rest for night 3, the teenagers started up again!!! Our complaint remained unresolved. They were in the hallway in front of our door yelling and rapping and it smelled of marijuana. We quickly packed our bags and just decided to call it a weekend. We drove back home with a full day left. ||Terrible experience!!

Comfortable. good location, breakfast was average. Would stay here again. It appears that a lot of local road workers stay at this hotel. There were many large construction trucks in the back of the building taking up a lot of parking spaces. Workers seem to gather by the exit doors to smoke and it wafts back into the building and you have to walk through clouds of smoke. Other than that, its ok

Rooms were small but clean. Service was excellent. Ahmed was very nice even when we had to change to a handicapped room the second night for my 89 year old Mom.

Don’t waste your money staying in this place!! My started off by being greeted with a young man at the desk who was sound asleep I then said excuse me 2 times with him not waking up I then started knocking on the countertop and saying excuse even louder. He then woke up but his people skills must have been still asleep Rooms smell musky and needless to say our shower wall where you turn the water on was broken. Went to front desk and told them about the problem and he preceded to tell me that they knew about it and told me exactly where it was broken No offer to give us another room, again customer service is not good. Now for breakfast it’s not good either don’t waste your time, you will end up going out for breakfast. Horrible experience all the way around

I rated the location and room quality 4 out of 5, while the service received a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The receptionist, whom I believe was named Ahmed, warmly welcomed me with courtesy and charm. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The Comfort Inn and Suites near North Little Rock, Arkansas is probably one of the weirdest hotels I have stayed at, but the hotel is okay. The rooms of the hotel were dirty and perhaps a bit older than it should be. Furthermore, the bed sheets had questionable stains on them, which it looked like blood. Also, the rooms are not cleaned very well, as it also has stains. There were not even blackout curtains, which lit the room like daylight at night because of the street lights and other buildings with light. The service was okay, and I did not have any problems with them. Further, the elevator was making weird creaky sounds, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Plus, the bright wallpaper was a weird choice for the elevator. The breakfast in this hotel did not appetize me, since it looked discolored. In conclusion, this Comfort inn made me not want to stay at another comfort inn again. The only things that this hotel has gotten that is good is the comfortable bed mattress and the cool design of the exterior. Other than that, I disliked the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was fine. Nothing special but not bad at all. So when it came time to return to Little Rock, booking here again was a logical choice. I am pretty sure this hotel is under new management because this trip was less than impressive. I came back to my room at 11pm to find a problem that necessitate changing rooms. The person at the front desk didn't take me seriously and was just like, oh we don't have that problem. I was tired. It was late. Who wants to change rooms at 11pm for fun? The customer service was so poor. I had to pretty much talk him into letting me change rooms. No offer of helping me out or reducing charges or anything. Just flat, poor customer service. Second room was fine. Nothing special. Clean I guess. Breakfast was terrible like most Choice Properties. Only one thing of coffee made so it was a scramble when that one was empty. The milk didn't feel cold at all. The bowl I used for my oatmeal felt like it was going to fall apart as I was walking to my table. I can live with all of that. I cannot deal with the junk customer service. Don't work with people if you don't have people skills.

Was A very nice stay. Staff was curious and Efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Basically Relatively new. Breakfast was kept warm. Only issue was, nothing is Level. The wall sconces are all crooked! Mirrors same. And the Note In Bathroom tells you the Shower faucet is installed backwards. The Fancy stone on columns are falling off. Just cosmetics of the Place. Other than that. A wonderful stay.
