Comfort Inn & Suites North Greenfield - Hotel in Greenfield - 178 E Martindale Dr, USA

This hotel is good enough, but nothing special. Even though we set our heater to 65°, we woke up in the middle of the night and it was like 80°. We had to turn it off. And, the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock, which made it a bit awkward. We also found a previous occupant's trash on the floor, under an end table, which made it seem like they didn't do a very thorough job of cleaning the rooms. Still, the bed sheets had been changed and everything seemed clean enough. It's fine, but don't expect much. Staff is very friendly, though.

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. But our room smelled horrible of mildew. Everything smelled on us. My daughters was affected by this. It flared up her coughing and runny nose. Would no stay here again.

I have the understanding when I stay at a hotel there will be other people present. I know if I was there to be complete silence, I would be expected to purchase an Air B&B. Upon arrival at this hotel, we were presented with a list of highlighted rules to follow and told if our children had three strikes, we would be kicked out of the hotel. While sitting as a professional group of adults in the lobby, we were told we were too loud. It was 5:00 pm. There were no adults drinking or acting rude or disrespectful. The staff watched over us and our children the entire evening. Our two groups together paid over $3,000 for a one night stay and we were treated with disrespect the entire time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there were leftovers in our mini fridge. I have stayed in at minimum 15 hotels this year and this was by far the worst experience I have had.

When I walked into my room, it smelt like pure chlorine as it was a few doors down from the pool. I noticed yellow stains on the blankets right away, a bunch of stains on the floor, a Keurig in the bathroom, and after trying to figure out why my fridge and tv wouldn’t turn on, I found out that it was unplugged for some reason. If you are on the first floor, be prepared for bright lights in your room all night due to the blinds being so thin, it lets all of the parking lot lights right in. They won’t even come into your room and clean until after you have stayed 3 nights.

It's musty and maybe made it a little hard to breathe because of allergies. If you don't have allergies, then it is ok for the price, I guess. If I could pick somewhere else to stay for the same price, I probably would.

Top Notch Comfort Inn property. Parking is tough with a trailer, but doable whenever census is low. It's apparent no one wants you to park in streets or other lots overnight if you cannot fit in as a guest at the 1 of many hotels you might choose. This is not typical of Choice Hotel properties....usually parking is easy.

Was just passing thru Indiana on my way back to Baltimore and stayed here for a night. The beds are super comfy! Free breakfast early in the morning. They had eggs, bacon, bagels, waffles, sausage and fresh orange juice and apple juice. Pretty good!! Free Wi-Fi pool and I thought they had a workout room but not sure about that.

Absolutely disgusting! I am still trying to wash the musty smell out of my clothes, they maybe ruined. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
