I came back home for a family emergency, needed a hotel last minute and this hotel was in a perfect location to suit my needs. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job each day. Overall, it was a perfect experience, highly recommended!

Comfort Inn & Suites replaced our previous hotel group's hotel which was a wise decision. Comfort Inn was all our previous hotel wasn't. First ;positive point was the laminate and tile flooring easy to clean on a daily basis instead of carpeting that rarely seems to get cleaned in most hotels. We had booked a 2-queen bed room, ample space, comfortable beds and modern bathroom.with plenty of really hot water. Breakfast with hot or continental breakfast. However, the breakfast room needs a microwave. Oatmeal was available but no microwave to heat the milk meant I missed out on an oatmeal breakfast. I asked the staff but was informed there was no means of heating the milk. One suggestion, it would far more convenient if guests could inform reception when checking in, that they require their room to be serviced daily during their stay. Due to a lack of communication there was a glitch in our room servicing.and it didn't take place as we wanted The location is very good. We lived in the area for many years and were familiar with locations of restaurants etc. Our overall decision is that we enjoyed our stay, were pleased with the cleanliness standard, the pleasant staff Pedro, Cory and Steve in reception. One extra plus, the guest laundry which only older hotels seemed to have and which we used on several occasions during our week stay. You have an excellent hotel and if current standards are maintained it will be a continuing success

This hotel, at this location... This hotel is very clean, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be. Not to mention, the breakfast at this location is really good! Usually, the eggs are lame with no flavors. The omelets and the potatoes were so good. Whoever made the breakfast went above and beyond and put care into their job. I've been to a lot of hotels. The only negative is the small, very small pool. Otherwise, 5 star for sure.

My wife and I decided to head to the Tarpon Springs area for a mini-getaway weekend and chose this property after doing some research. The fact that it was a newer property and very close close to Tarpon Springs (less than 15 minutes with traffic) and VALUE priced made our decision. We were looking for a clean property that is in a safe area and didn't need a full-service hotel or resort since we would only be there to sleep and shower for the most part and this property met and exceeded those expectations.||We checked and front desk service was friendly and efficient (and also honored my request that I submitted online during booking for extra pillows in the room and also a high floor. The room was still newish looking and everything was functional including a nice mini-fridge for our drinks. The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well both nights. The shower was large and good water pressure. They use DVP flooring instead of carpeting in the room which is a plus since sometimes hotel room carpets can get so nasty. BTW, I did see housekeeping mopping the flooring of adjacent room that had the door open so they are serious about cleaning.|| We did come back to the property to relax after a day of sight-seeing in Tarpon Springs and used the pool. Its kind of a small space (long enough but not every wide) and not many chairs there so slight demerit stopping me from giving a 5 star review. There were a number of soccer teams there for s tournament evidently so small pool was not very relaxing with a number of kids. Other slight demerit is the breakfast. It is okay, on par with hotels that provide a free breakfast, but just not our thing. We tried this first morning but skipped the second morning. Not a big deal and was good enough for the kids there for soccer. ||Finally, the hotel is situated next to a fairly significant multilane highway but we didn't hear any traffic noise in our room at night so they must have taken that into consideration when it was built.||Overall, comfortable room at a good value!

First time in New Port Richey. Love this Lil town. Comfort Inn location on US 19N a great spot if you want to head into Downtown Port Richey, walkable. I stayed 3 nights. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was delicious, good choices. Comfy bed. Kind employees, greeted each time with a smile and a greeting or a wave if I went out the back door. I would definitely stay there again.

Service is amazing here. If you are sensitive to light, the smoke dectors are going to make your stay a bit rough. I've never come across 1 so obnoxious. The view is not good, but hopefully, it will improve over time. They have an amazing breakfast that makes up for what the neighborhood lacks. Complete with a waffle iron. Parking is easy. They have a garage directly behind the hotel and a large adjacent lot for bigger trucks and trailers. I stayed for 4 nights and noticed police presence during my entire stay. Feels like a very safe area. Even management is amazing, making me feel right at home. Thanks so much.

Saturday 05/25 I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends, PEDRO the front desk again was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked nicely if my friends and I could be in the same floor since it was a big group, Pedro yelled at me and said “what do you want me to do, quick everyone out for you” which was so out of the line when I asked nicely, he could’ve said I’m sorry we’re sold out or whatever NICELY. This is not how you treat customers that are paying to stay here. He completely ruined my stay I felt embarrassed in front of everyone. never staying here again. Room 418.
