This hotel was very nice. The check in process was very easy. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel as a whole was very clean. The Lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holidays and the yuletide log on the TV made the lobby seem very cozy. Beds were cozy, bathroom was small but it works for the room. The breakfast was amazing! Hot eggs and sausage, fresh waffles that can be made with waffle batter or cinnamon roll waffle batter (YUM) two different types of bread for toast, muffins, cereal & milk, yogurt, juice and coffee. The news on in the breakfast room was nice also. If you're looking for a hotel on a budget I'd recommend booking here.

Positives Room was clean and quiet. No road noise even though in a busy area. Staff was nice, especially the lady named Janet in the breakfast area. She worked non-stop cleaning tables and counters, and checking levels to make sure there was an ample supply of food. We complimented her on her hard work. Really liked the elegant stairs to the second floor, conveniently located in the lobby for easy access to that area and the dining room. Breakfast is good, featuring cheese and egg omelets, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, OJ, etc. Negatives The bath area of the room is small compared to the bed area. The towels are all located in the toilet/shower room and there are no facial towels in the sink area. Nor are there any towel bars in that area. The lighting is also poor at the sink/mirror location. There is a hidden charge for use of the safe, that unless you catch it in your agreement and have it removed, you will get charged.

Very clean staff is very professional. Family friendly. There was a small misunderstanding with the front desk clerk, I tried to extend for another night because checkout was at 11am and I had an emergency my car battery died. The front desk clerk told me they don't take payments over the phone so I was upset then I spoke with the manager (JOSEPH) AND HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL, EXTENDED MY RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER NIGHT. THANK YOU JOSEPH 🙏🙏

I checked in due to my truck breaking down the day before Thanksgiving 2023. After major delays of being able to have my fixed truck returned to me, I was not able to leave this facility until today 12-1-2023. The staff were so accommodating and understanding by bending over backward to make this process turn into a quite pleasant one. From the desk personnel, the maintenance, the breakfast cook (she was so sweet), cleaning staff, and management.. everyone was so sincerely polite and compassionate to my situation on all aspects. They made this a whole lot easier to deal with...To the personnel who is currently working there....Thank you and I will highly recommend this facility to all I come across as I drive my semi truck across the Midwest. Happy Holidays! I will certainly be back. I have to mention Lydia, Rick, Rio, Walter, Q, desk lady with blue hair and Nice lady who cooks food I didnt catch your names...you all are amazing people..keep up the great work. Best wishes!

Comfort Inn & Suites was a genuinely nice hotel. The overall experience was pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the simple yet effective approach to hospitality. A nice choice for a relaxing stay!

We have family in the area and have stayed many times in many different hotels. From now on we will stay at Comfort Inns in Taylor Michigan. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating. And the breakfast was wonderful! Thanks
