Location and rooms were great. Newly installed side walks and roundabout make walking easy. Was able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Have stayed here before and will again. Desk staff seemed preoccupied, may have been new employee? But could have been a better customer service interaction.
Absolutely horrible experience here at this location. When I called to reserve my room I asked what the total was with the pet fee included the lady told me 135.90 I got there and was charged 185.90. first issue... Then we get into our rooms. The covers had stains all over them and cobwebs on everything. 3rd issue we go to the pool to swim and there was so much hair in it I had to ask for the net so I could personally clean it out before me and my niece would even swim. It was disgusting. 4th problem .. I asked for an extended checkout for 2pm the night lady said absolutely. The next morning they refused and we had to check out at 1pm. Then had to wait in a car for 3 hours until our vet appointment. I would NEVER recommend this place even to someone I dislike!. I have plenty of pics to prove this!!
These guys at the front desk may not add your choice points. And if you leave early on a weekly rate don't expect a dime back. But. ... the breakfast is always good. And rooms in tip top shape. All in all.... it's not a bad place.
I’ve never been more impressed!! The rooms were perfect: clean, comfortable, and problem-free.
I arrived late at night, and Shraddha at the front desk had chilled water ready for me. I also had the opportunity to speak with the managers, Neev & Ellen, and they were the sweetest, most friendly people.
I love this hotel; I will be staying here every time I pass through Napoleon!
We stayed here for a wedding and from the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice. We got to have early checkin to get ready and they were always so friendly if we had a question. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.
Positive: "" Negative: We have stayed here multiple times in the past. It seemed a bit shabbier than usual. Exhaust in bathroom was very loud. Sound from room above us was quite loud. It almost smelled like someone had been smoking in the hallway.
I would’ve given this review a total 4.5 star, However the non existent front desk gentleman barely spoke English for our check in reservation & when I asked him to repeat he got noticeably upset & walked away & started watching T. V. then the next morning as I explained in the food & drink section further down again non existent front desk & at 9am No food. So when we do come back to vacation we might stay there(??),but I definitely hope the front desk service is Fixed.
The girl working midnights was nice. But by morning another employee was there. We ended up leaving very early due to ummm a LIVE cockroach running across the tv stand......atm that moment I shook out all of things and left. Then the person working when we left. Was rude and wanted to argue with me that I booked under a 3rd party which I didn't . I went right thru the comfort inn website.....mind you I was charged $160 with tax but shoulda paid $100....all around was pissed off cause of the customer service and the way they didn't even offer anything about the bugs that was caught! There was dead and alive flying ants in the window seal too...
I'm obsessed. Being a huge coffee lover, I find that I can enjoy their coffee black. Which to me tells me how perfect it really is! ð I live 45 minutes away and I'm thankful otherwise they would own my wallet and a seat would have my name on it. W
After 30 years as a foodie, ferreting out the elusive "hidden gem". Enter this nondescript eatery located inside of an old truckstop. Let me premise by saying, my being here was not a result of countless hours of research. But rather due to a mechani
