Comfort Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula Wine Country - Hotel in Murrieta - 41005 California Oaks Rd, USA

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Indoor pool was a plus for our daughters. Breakfast was also provided and was good. We had a problem with our toilet in first room we checked into but the staff got us another room in a timely manner. They also accommodated our request to be near our family’s room.

Positive: The staff was great and made me feel so comfortable since I?m not a fan of hotels. They were so great that I kept rebooking my stay and they were even kind enough to allow me to keep the same room instead of constantly changing rooms. Negative: ""

We really liked this hotel! It was cozy, quiet, clean and the breakfast was good! Our room was supposed to have two queens and a pull out couch and it included a trundle bed too! Awesome for large families!

I just want to say that the Guest Service Agent named David Davis is one of the most professional and hospitable people I have ever met. There was a slight problem with my security deposit refund. David stayed on top of the issue, continually sending updates, and ultimately made sure my deposit landed back in my bank account. Thank you again David for all of your hard work and outstanding customer service skills. Pleasure doing business with you! I will definitely be back for another stay!

Staff members are rude and disrespectful. There were homeless people swimming in the pool with my daughter, her friend, and other kids. Towels had a brownish red substance on them. Room was ok... The pool was not °90 like they had advertised. The beds were as hard as rocks and not queen beds like they had specifically told us. The elevator was sketchy and everything looked like it had some water damage. Very small hotel. No fresh fruit or any healthy options, the food at breakfast tastes like it was from a can or in a bag at Costco. The view from our room was just the parking lot... The room had a musty smell and there was no bible. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and torn in places. Overley priced for the conditions of the room, free wifi but it did not work as I hoped it would. We went here for my daughter's birthday and were very disappointed. Do not recommend going here as there are many better alternatives here in Temecula California. Will definitely not be coming back.

Rooms are nice , staff is great . Only thing I didn't like was that the pool smelled alot like bleach , the hot tub looked dirty & the gym area had 2 machines that didn't work ( only one had an out of order sign ).

Front desk staff was very friendly. She was great with my 2 year old as well. Staff that deal with breakfast were also very nice. The room was clean and exactly what we booked. Good location with easy access to the I-15 as well as many stores nearby.

Positive: The late breakfast hours. Convenient location. Negative: The hotel is really dated.. it should not be listed as 3 star hotel maybe a 2 because the location is convenient. The smoking area was not really a smoking area. They were laying carpet, so it was a bit loud. The walls are thin. Negative: ""
