Comfort Inn & Suites Miami International Airport - Hotel in Miami Springs - 665 Mokena Dr, USA

We traveled to Miami for a family reunion and stated at the hotel for one night before leaving for a cruise. We were picked up promptly at the airport and were greeted warmly at the front desk. We had reserved seats on the shuttle for the cruise port and the driver arrived promptly for our 10am departure. Although I cleaned the room (I always do) I didn't find anything unclean, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the breakfast was subpar, but it is hotel food. There were several places to eat within walking distance. I would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. It was a very new and modern hotel. The pool area was fantastic and the lobby was spacious and fancy. It’s conveniently close to the airport which is nice. They do have an airport shuttle but it was full when we tried. The room we stayed was nice. All the basic stuff a hotel room should have! The breakfast area was nothing special, but still nice. The shuttle to the cruise port was a very nice touch too. It is a beautiful hotel and I’d highly suggest staying here!

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! The shuttle from the airport and then to the cruise terminal was very helpful. We arrived prior to check in but they got us right into our room- which was great! The bed was so comfy, the room spacious, the shower was relaxing! We walked a very short walk to The Pilot House for dinner- cool place with great food and even greater service! If you are cruising from Miami and need a hotel I highly recommend this hotel!

It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the included breakfast was edible. We needed a place to stay overnight in Miami between flights, and this delivered at a reasonable price. One complaint was that the hotel advertised a free airport shuttle, but when we called the phone number to summon it, as instructed, no one answered. We finally gave up and took an Uber. We were able to catch the shuttle back to the airport in the morning, however.

Very satisfied with our stay! Friendly staff, complimentary lemon water, and clean rooms with hot, hot shower water! The staff was nice enough to hold onto our luggage and keep it safe while we went out to explore since our room wasn’t ready, but they put us on a waitlist and we got into our room around 1pm! The shuttle from the airport took a bit of time, but they were friendly. The staff was very communicative when we called and asked for where they would like us to meet them for the shuttle… next time we fly to Miami we will be staying here again!

Constructive feedback:||I had a mixed experience during my 3-night stay at the Comfort Inn. Here are some points of concern:||1. Promotional Flyers: Please stop placing paper below the room door. During my stay, I received 8 promotional flyers from nearby restaurants, which was quite bothersome.||2. Internet Quality: The internet on the 5th floor is very poor and not suitable for remote work or even casual browsing on social media.||3. Rude Night Shift Staff: I had a very bad experience with the night shift staff at the reception. When trying to request a late checkout, the staff member was unfriendly and ignored my greetings, which I repeated three times. They only explained that I had to wait for the 7 AM staff to arrive to make such a request after I reprimanded them for their behaviour.||4. TV Connection: The TV offered many channels, but the connection was poor, making it choppy and unwatchable. It seems to rely on the internet.||5. Room card: The room card was reset every day, requiring me to visit the reception to reactivate it.||Overall, these issues affected the quality of my stay and need to be addressed for future guests.||Positive feedback:||1. The room was properly cleaned.||2. The bed was comfortable.||3. Air conditioning worked great during a heat wave (97 F/ 36 C).||4. Good size bathroom.||5. I was able to get an extra hour for late checkout.

Worst hotel to stay. Staff was rude and not friendly. They were more occupied with their cell phones on chatting. Ice Vendor machine didnt work on multiple floors and therefore was asked to get from different floors in the night keeping in view I had a 8 year old kid. Breakfast was not good and not enough choices. Bathroom door had mould and was patched non professionally. I can send pics of the door. Will never recommend this hotel and this hotel needs to be reevaluated by local authorities for star rating. Wifi speed does not connect.

Great, affordable hotel! Breakfast buffet was your typical food to get your day started. Tip: be careful when selecting the address to the hotel. I picked the wrong one in the Uber app. There are 2 comfort inn hotels across from each other
